I had the most relaxed afternoon at Jiva. Nyolong's massage was excellent and she was most polite. Tulsi, Nithya and Sanjeevini did a great job of the pedicure, manicure and facial. Lakshmi and Uday, with their ever smiling faces were helpful and thoughtful. If it's a good spa day you are looking for, Jiva at Taj MG is the place.

I had a great experience at Jiva Spa. Sanjeevani was my therapist. The facial I took from her was really great. It was a soothing and calming experience. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time having a pedicure in India and it was a very good experience. The aesthetician was excellent--very good attention to detail and responsive to feedback. I think a few small changes would make it an amazing service. Firstly, it is always comforting to see the clippers and other instruments used taken from a sterile environment, such as a container of disinfectant. I'm sure the tools were clean but it simply provides peace of mind. Secondly, it would be nice if they played music in the treatment room or offered some reading materials. It's a long service and I feel completely rude tapping away on my phone. Lastly, when applying polish, it will last longer if a base cost and top coat are applied. Overall the service was great and well worth the price.

Was attended to by 2 people Murali and Sahil. Both did excellent jobs. Shout out to Sahil especially for and absolutely fantastic session. Great addition to the MG rd Taj as he has recently been transferred in from Delhi. Thanks Sahil.

An ultimate place with relaxed and positive atmosphere.with pleasing to the senses. I had the pleasure of having a utmost and unique body therapy done by Mr.Kumar he is very professional and knowledgeable person with lots of decency and unique gesture..

The review is not about their service but about their business model. A brand associated with Taj which is a global brand and you would think that their ecosystem would be tied up and integrated well but apparently that is not the case. I got a spa gift voucher for Taj Jiva which is way too far from my house and probably would never visit it. Jiva is not ready to change it to one closer to my house which would be MG Road Blore. Although they offered me to extend the duration of the voucher but clearly stated that their revenues would be impacted and they have no way of transferring the voucher to a different center. With a brand like Taj you would expect the best and to take care of this petty issue. But unfortunately that's not the case and customer service is not really of prime importance at least in my case I felt

Very happy with the quality. Sanjeevani gave a great facial and was a positive person to interact with. Only issue is that the spa has limited fragrance options in the oils/creams they use.
