J s spa - Spa in Manali - Kullu, India

1). The Reservation Manager Mr. Ashish Verma is not at all a trustworthy person. He talks sweet, but change his version at 11th hours - after recovering advance from tourists. Rooms are normal and bathrooms have drainage problem. Restaurant staffs entertain only those customers who give them tip or, with whom they have previous same kind understanding. 2). Mr. Ashish Verma was arranged vehicles for us for 6 days - 2 vehicles, and all drivers have confirmed that Mr. Ashish (Hotel Travel Desk) has taken high commission from them. Moreover, he was assured us for a good quality 14 seater Tempo Traveller, but the vehicle and driver's behaviour was highly irritated and seats were absolutely horrible. Unfortunately my Mother become sick due to the long journey in this uncomfortable vehicle. I would recommend all tourists friends not to trust Mr. Ashish Verma, never book any vehicle through Hotel Mountain Top and never spoil your trip by making your journey in Tempo Traveller (vehicle no.- HP-01 H 6001, Driver Name Mr. Jairam Thakur). I was shocked to hear - the driver was saying to another person that, "ekbar Nainadevi road pe le jaoo, phir rula denge". For all of your better understanding, I'm enclosing herewith a picture of the concerned vehicle. Once again, becareful in dealing with aforesaid persons.

I got Rejuvenation massage done and it wasnt value for money. It was rather stressful instead of making me feel relaxed. No proper massage. Just rubbing oil and cleaning it in a rush. Manager was nice. Proper compartments for massage. Service needs to improve.

Das the masseuse was fantastic. He well made up foe the fact that the office staff made so much noise that i could hear throughout massage and said the room was prepared although it was freezing. But again, Das did a good job, very professional. I think he should just do massages in hotel rooms because it would be cleaner and warmer!

its not spa ... its like spa ... my experience in this place is very bad and staff is greedy ,unprofessional... waste of time and money .... only brochures are grand in all spa in manali ... don't waste time and money...

Not a real massage place - stay away. All of the Ayurveda spas in the area seem to be owned by one company (same brochures, prices, etc.) that employs strictly inexperienced young women. Don't bother.

I choose deep tissue pack ... But I have had the worst spa experience .. the owner said me that the massager is well experienced bt she is just a fresher and has not much knowledge about spa .. Even the massage rooms are not upto to the mark and there is a lot of disturbance ... The review on the website are absolutely fake and if u were to take my suggestion it's a big no from me ....

Worst place... Worst attitude from the staff... Doesnt even knw how to talk to customers... I will nvr recommend this place to ne1.... Atleast the other outlet of the same brand is better den this.. been der many times....
