Please don't go to this gym. Not a nice gym to work out. Equipments are old and rusted, treadmills do not work properly and have a layer of dust on it. Moreover place is not hygenic. The main trainer is a hard nut to crack. And most importantly they charge a heavy amount compare to another gyms. I would strongly recommend "RAW Fitness Gym" which is in the vicinity of this gym.
You can do your cardio and strengthening here. The trainer is very much efficient. All kinds of equipment available. It's easy to commute and get here as it is by the main road. Timings are from 6 am - 10 pm.
