Less crowded location in comparison to hotels in front of CMC main gate or Gandhi road. Rooms are big enough. 2 Bed & 3 Bed rooms available. Guests have to arrange food by their own source. The cooking area is provided by the hotel, free of cost. Cleanliness is good. Mostly people who come to CMC HOSPITAL, VELLORE stays here .
Hii JK Bhawan . We stayed in Room no. 542 . It was a great experience to stay out there . The place where we can dry our clothes was amazing , The electricity supply and water supply was also good . Pure cow milk is available , vegetables and breakfast is easily available outside the lounge. The arrangement for railway ticket, bus ticket and flight ticket was also very good. Grocery shop is also there outside the lounge . We were also provided with mineral water. Bedsheets are also changed after every two days.We can arrive at CMC in just 2 minutes by walking , no auto required.
Worst experience ever. Total area smell like medience tourist people can't stay here. Plus room also . Money wasted.
Near to cmch hospital but little bit costly. Otherwise good. You will get all kinds of rooms here.
In vellore near CMC it is good lodge (not hotel) for North Indian people. Room ranging from 500-1000 available.
Rooms have a small kitchen where u cn cook food who stays for longer time. Lift facility is available. Check in-out timing is 24hrs . U can enjoy sunlight as roof and balcony is freely accessible.
Bed bugs all over. Won't be able to sleep at night properly. Room is spacious. Service is rotten. Close to CMC.
Worst ever in Vellore. The receptionist behaviour was very rude and judgemental. Never visit here if you don't want to get mistreated.
Posting it on 25 September 2022. It's good if you are planning to visit CMC hospital vellore. It is in the back road of CMC hospital. Name of the street is Thothapallyam. Auto take 200 in day and 300 at night as fare to reach near CMC Hospital.
Pros:
1. They will avail you kitchen set at cheaper cost. (23 rupees/ Day) 15 for Gas and choolah and 8 for utensils.
2. I think it is the only guest house which has LIFT (ELAVATOR) for the different floors.
3. Price is worthy (550 for non AC and 1300 for Ac) and It is around 10 kms from Kathpadi Junction.
4. If you want to stay in Ac rooms without activating Ac it costs you 800 per day.
5. Staffs are very helpful.
6. Only hospital guards and some staffs don't know Hindi otherwise everyone know and speak Hindi language.
Cons:
1. They take extra 400 Rupees if you leave before 5 day because booking is of 5 days.
2. Around 500m walking distance to the hospital.

The hotel is newly built and the deluxe rooms are very nice with some seating area outside the rooms. It is not very far from golden Temple around 10 to 15 minutes by car. The manager Jaya Charan is very friendly and accommodative.
Only thing missing
Very comfortable stay with clean rooms and good service. Manager in charge will listen to all requirements carefully and also help plan the event. We catered to large number of guests for wedding event which was well taken care off.

Amazing place to stay and facilities with home food. Close to CMC VELLORE. Transport facilities to CMC VELLORE and Ranipet are also good. Stay, food and transport is all good.
