The management is terrible, punctuality is at its worst, and they're making us wait for hours, not just for 2 or 3 hours but for 12+ hours for no apparent reason. We just need to get discharged and have the bill prepared, but for some inexplicable reason, they're asking us to wait for several hours. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It seems like they prioritize making money over showing compassion for anyone or anything else.

I had a very bad experience in this hospital. I had gone for a simple CT Scan. The staff members were discourteous and made me wait for at least 2 hours even though there were no other patients. I had to then take a refund. The infrastructure too is poor and pathetic. Dibrugarh certainly deserves better standards.

Writing on 2nd day of my visit to the hospital. On the first day, i had to wait for more than 3 hours to meet the concerned doctor, when asked about timing they wouldn't provide the exact timing. On my 2nd day it happened exactly the same as it happened yesterday(waited for 5 hours while writing this review, still waiting). I don't expect them to provide exact timing but waiting for 4/5 more hours than alloted time is too much. The world's most patient person will surely loose their patience. I would suggest for this hospital only if you are extremely patient otherwise please find other hospital. Special note for the management please provide sufficient numbers of bed instead of chairs in the waiting area. Waiting makes you exhausted.

Very pathetic service. The staff at reception are very rude don't have manners to talk with patient and senior citizens. Came for city scan and they waited us for more than 2 hours saying that technician is not come yet. How?? Very surprised kind of this big hospital don't have technician to do a city scan. This is not called a hospitality at all. The management has to look at least once. We are not one who faced this many costomers and patient are waiting and getting same behaviour.

My experience about this hospital is nothing worth mentioning. I stayed here for more than 10 days but did not discharge happily. They do not focus on the genuine treatment but just try to extend one's hospitalizations, in fact they don't work for your speedy recovery. The insurance boy Rajiv, such a lazy and unskilled person due to whom I suffered a lot during final approval because he provided insufficient information to the insurance and did not follow up with the insurance in a timely manner. On the other hand, the cleanliness and behavior of nurses is awesome.

This hospital is not even deserve one star, reception and nurses staffs are very rude behaviour.

I found Dr. Jiten Deori, Urologist is a very good doctor of this hospital. No comment for other doctors. Overall hospitality including nurse and staff is good. I give 3 rating star only for the hospital building. We spent cabin No. 7 where no mobile network. Rooms, bed sheets, pillows are very old. Water taps, baains are not good.

One of the worst experiences we had till now. The manager lacks management skills and hardly cares about what people speaks. The patient herself heard the conversation between the manager and one of the doctors in the ICU talking ill about her family about which two of them sorry the two monkeys were not aware of. Haha! Finally got a crystal clear picture of the top management though hospitality by the nurse and the residential doctor was good. Let me remind you people again... Diwaroon ke bhi kaan hote hain bhai saheb thoda dekh lena agli baar.
