JD Mahal is located in a good area. But there isn't enough car parking space. Also, it is not clean and well maintained. Sorry about that

The location was great and it was not in a corner of a shop, it was very visible. I went to a attend a wedding and the rooms were small but it was enough for 1-2 days stay.
Kalyana Mahal is big and opt but service in the mandap is somewhat lacking.
J D Mahal is a well located on radial road in Kovilambakkam. The hall is spacious and has good parking space. Two halls (smaller one and bigger one) are available. The owner , an elderly Gentleman affectionately called as J D sir, is well experienced and personally supervises the wedding schedule. They are providing catering services also. Nice experience. This is one of the spacious hall located in 200 feet road. This has 4 floors and two halls inside. The parking for four wheeler is adequate for 20 cars inside and another 20 cars can be parked outside. They have both Air conditioned and non air conditioning halls. They have lift facilities and they have few rooms inside the hall which can be used for marriages.
