Beautiful Park. Forest like feeling. Very good thing about it is, it is completely non-commercial place. Good for walking and running and also for picnic if you can climb the rock to watch the sunset. The entire circumference is about 7.4 km. Bring your own water as it is not available here and since it gets dark during November please bring in your torch or mobile torch of it gets dark soon.
I could not digest there is such a beautiful place in the heart of the city. I thought of giving a try on a weekend and it was great experience. The tree park is very big and suitable for joggers, walkers, cyclists, nature lovers and photographers to capture stunning butterflies, birds, insects and even snakes(all though I did not go inside to the deep)
Spotted many birds native to India like kingfishers, bulbul, colourful butterflies.
Toilets are being constructed and that is the only miss. This park has sign boards and information about these animals.
Plz don't litter the place.
Finally, there is a beautiful bird nest in the front of the gate and you can find the bird too.

This huge forest area is around 7-8 kms from Yelahanka Police station and is maintained by Karnataka Forest Department. It is perfect for walking, jogging, cycling, even for a picnic spot with friends and family. There are sign boards about the species it hosts. There are few ponds, also a hillock, perfect to watch sunsets. There are paths that are off-trial which is cool and feel adventurous. Exit signs if mentioned, atleast along the off-trail paths, it would be helpful and one wouldn't feel lost. But Google Maps does help.
The park is opened from 6am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm, with an entry fees of rs. 10 for adults and Rs. 5 for children between 10-18 years. And for cycling, it's rs. 25 per person per day. You can hear peacocks call too. Pets, food are not allowed inside. Would definitely visit again
Such an amazing forest, this is my kinda Stress relief place where i can relax, walk, jogging, exercise, cycling, meditation, yoga, photography and much more.... And the best part is peacocks sound and witnessing their beauty and the view from the above is such a great place. I'm visiting here since 2021....
One of the remaining oxygen banks in North Bengaluru , good for long and off trail walks , you get elevation ranging upto 50+ meters and you get to choose your own trail inside and explore hidden water bodies and spend some leisure time too , , entry fee is now 10 rupees per adult now and they have monthly passes too , the sunset point used to be serene now due to rapid construction on that end you feel like okay another urban sun setting. Cycling allowed , pets not allowed according to rules but have seen few times .
The path to this park is well built and straight. Entry ticket is about 10 rs and there is nearby parking space for all vehicles. You can explore this place more with a cycle as the stretch is about 8 km. You can also spot some species of butterflies and birds and enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature. In 1km distance there is a bench to relax and dustbins are provided too. The trail is a little rough. You can easily reach Avalhalli forest from here. If you feel tired, there is a coconut/sugarcane place too.
A very nice place for a walk, jog or cycling. It is not very far, but you definitely will escape all the city noise for a peaceful walk in nature. You can enjoy the walk and finish the entire course in under 2 hours.
Wonderful place to visit for morning walk. Entry fees was Rs 10 and timings - morning 6 AM to 10 AM and Evening 3PM to 6PM.
People were also cycling in the trail path. It has outer perimeter of 8 km (spent around 3 hours) and worth the time for walking in a forest landscape. There are also trail paths in between the forest worth exploring. Surroundings were very clean and didnt see a single plastic and kudos to the management for making it possible.
Its also our responsibility to not to litter this wonderful place and make it worth the visit for the other visitors.
