Hi Google users, This place is appropriate for the saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover". The place gives decent food. The ambience was decent enough. We were wondering how the food would be after the waiter told about the menu available for breakfast. The service was a bit late but was worth the wait as the food was tasty. We had Poori bhaji and Appam with Veg Kurma. The Pooris were yummy. The place serves both Veg and Non-Veg The highlight was the tasty Veg Kurma. The price was a bit on the higher side but ok. A definite place to grab a quick bite if you are near Carmelram!!!

Well maintained, neat and clean Area. Very spacious with ample parking areas.

Mosquitoes sucked us to the core. Is anything left in this place? It is in ruins.

I booked the banquet hall for my son's 1st birthday on 10th July, 2016. The place is really good and spacious. The hospitality was great. Everything was arranged perfectly. The main thing we liked was the open garden area for lunch. It was decorated with props and nice plantation.The guests appreciated highly. We were really happy to arrange the birthday party in this place.Little far from the heart of the city but very easy route map to find out.

We had been here on a community get together. The hall is big which can hold about 200 people. Sound system fixed in the hall is decent. Enough parking space is available for about 40 cars. We had external catering so cannot comment on their food

We came across this restaurant while looking for a place to have a quick lunch. This hotel is right across the carmelaram railway station. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of food in the menu as we like Keralite cuisine. We ordered soup, chicken kabab and Kerala meals, with a request to bring in the meals quickly as we had our small son with us. The restaurant was only about 20% occupied; however the waiters did not come to us at all. When one person came to us, he did not hand us a menu and gave us one only after we asked for it. We waited quite long for our dishes, which came only after repeated requests. The owner/manager was the one who was able to get our orders moving; until then the waiters did nothing. Meals were served to other customers who came after us. Water glasses were not given to us till the end of the meal, that too we had to ask the waiter; even then, he came back with 1 glass! I pointed out there were 2 adults there, and he went back and brought another one. Food was alright, however the service made it an unpleasant experience. I'd request the management to improve the service. 2 stars are mainly for this reason.

The team is very responsible, offer the best depending on the available choices, this hotel on reasonable pricing as well. Overall a great experience, u can also visit Ivy Park venue

Food is really good, it attracts you to visit again and again.. Would like to taste varieties of flavors and taste they could offer, I missed out on fish items due to some strike. So overall loved it!
