Ivy Hospital - General hospital in Khanna - Ludhiana, India

Ivy hopsital ER team and Dr Gagandeep Singh and Medical Officers Dr Amarbir, Dr Vishal , CCU Night Nurse Gurjot are very responsive and provide very good care. My mother was admitted here recently and the doctors provided excellent emergency treatment in a timely manner. The hospital has good infrastructure with high quality meal services for patients and attendants. only suggestion is to renovate/refurnish the critical care units with newer facilities, storage units and flooring etc. Overall Ivy hospital khanna is a major hospital in and around Khanna and with competent medical staff, highly recommended for emergency services.

I just wanna share the experience of last 3-4 days. My grandmother is admitted into this hospital although they give a good medical treatment as they made her health better but some points are still there which they have to improve such as cleaning and care.... Once a patient start to recover they start to ignore even not giving attention so it's really really heartbreaking because as it's a good reputated hospital but i got disappointed with the less facilities and rude staff. I request to improve it

Dont ever think to have ultra sound done here . They dnt care about patient if he/she dnt have food . They have informed us to come at 10 am and pateint waited till 11:05 am, although pateint is senior citizen still they didnt bother about them. After morr than 1 hour they tell us that dr is not supposed to come. I never recommend to go there. Highly dissappointing

Dr. Shekhar singla is the best doctor the only reason i visit to ivy hospital is dr. singla otherwise the staff the other doctors specially DR. Diviya she even doesn't have sense to talk to attend the patient.. & Doesn't even have much knowledge in this field.

This hospital is very expensive for the services they give the patient. I would definitely recommend going to a better hospital than this. They also don't know how to spell and we are expecting them to give good treatment to patients. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

My experience with this hospital was good except this ill mannered consultant named dr. Gagan, i think he must be taught some manners first
