I recently had being admitted to this hospital, and I cannot say enough about the incredible care and compassion I received from the hospital staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and it only got better from there. The nursing staff, in particular, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for during my stay. They were attentive, responsive, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. It was clear that they were not just doing a job, but they were genuinely committed to the well-being of their patients. The doctor Jagpal and their team is also exceptional. They explained my condition and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand and reassured me throughout the process. Their expertise and dedication to their profession were evident, and I felt like I was in very capable hands. The support staff, including the Counseling,receptionists, housekeeping, and dietary personnel, were equally friendly and helpful. The hospital's facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the food was surprisingly delicious, which was an unexpected bonus. In a challenging and often stressful time, the hospital staff made my stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. They not only provided me with excellent medical care but also with emotional support. I felt like I was among friends, and their kindness made a world of difference in my recovery. Hi, my overall experience was great. All the staff members and Dr. were so polite and calm. They handled everything with smile and motivated me to get better soon. My queries and calls were answered on time and there are minor things which needs to be fixed and that i have already shared on the personal level.kindly look into that. I was admitted here for bladder stone. There I feel very comfortable. Best nursing staff very cooperative and specially Miss Aarti help me and take care all about all things which is needed for the patient. Thanks alot

Dr. Bhanu did our mother's knee replacement surgery. Our overall experience was good. Nursing staff is also good. But they misguide you regarding money. Initially they quoted a price and I particularly asked does this cost include everything and they said yes it includes each and everything including medicines, tests etc.but after admission, they charged us 40k extra saying these are charges of software. And while discharging, they took 27k again extra for medicines. So beware of such scams.

The hospital and it's management are absolutely doing good job. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and empathy, making me feel at ease during a potentially stressful time. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The medical team, from doctors (Dr. Ranjeeth, Dr. Sonal and Dr. Chetan)to nurses, was knowledgeable and attentive, providing thorough explanations and answering all my questions. Karamjit Kaur, OPD manager has been really exceptional and she does her job very professionally. Overall, my experience at IVY was positive, and I would highly recommend it to others seeking quality healthcare in a supportive environment.

I accompanied my mother for an OPD check up with DR Pradeep Sharma ( Neurologist ) at IVY hospital Mohali . There are many good and learned doctors which we all must have encountered in their lives But I felt Dr Pradeep stands out for his extraordinary compassion and concern for his patients which prompts the patient to speak his/ her heart out with lot of ease. Especially the elderly patients , like my mom who is 82 yrs felt so comfortable speaking and imparting the right information about herself, ( sometimes old patients hide many of their habits) , which I felt was very special. His passion for his profession is outstanding which helps him diagnose the disease in a very organic way.
