I had a great experience with Ms. Aarti at hospital. She guided and interacted with us in a very polite and professional manner. Her prompt service and hassle-free approach made our visit to the hospital a positive one. I am grateful to have had her assistance during our time at the hospital.
The staff is worst at this Hospital. I called for an Ambulance on Dec 03 around 7 a.m. First of all person refused for the ambulance and then when I requested many times to agreed to send the ambulance. Person on the line ending 7373 hang on and was giving directions for the driver. While he hang on he abused me ( Punjabi Gali). And when I called again to complain, Yashbant Singh Manager said I will investigate but he also never came back. I called the Hospital admin so many times but nobody picked the call. They have no value for the patients. Worst Hospital Ever.
My husband treatment under Dr. Tirath. Singh. Dr.Tirath is the well and great doctor. Staff are very cooperative. I am highly thankful to all staff members.

Everything is excellent but if patient admit in hospital with their cashless insurance policy card then the corporate department of the hospital is not solve queries of billing at timely from insurance company side at the time of patient discharge...so that patient suffers from morning to night for their clearence from Corporate department of hospital.. in the end patient's relative's get clearence too late after too much visits in corporate office of hospital.....Only this is major issue. otherwise Doctors, Staff Nurses, Security and Cleaning staff are very good and polite.....! Hope this issue can be solve in future...
My friend's grandmother was hospitalized here couple of months ago. I remember when we visited at the hospital for very first time. We went to other hospitals too but when we came here, the girl at the reception I think(Arti) she did a really great job back then. Doctors did their part with great efforts but arti was the one who made our grandmother realize that she is in safe place. Even after we admitted her, she came to visit us couple of time. She helped us with almost everything. Thanks to ivy and special thanks to Arti.
In dialysis dept. Mr. Ankush, Mr. Raj Kumar and nursing staff Sarabjit Kaur is the most helpful person in ivy. They are best and cooperative.
