Good experience and value for money pricing for short or long stays. Good for groups too. Clean and hyegenic rooms which were well maintained. A little off the main road so quiter than other highway hotels. Recommended if you are visiting Mohali area for business or personal visit. Staff was lovely all throughout the stay.

1) The hotel is located strategically beside a main crossroad, near to the VR Punjab Shopping Mall. It's very easy to get cabs and autos in the area. Though it's just a few steps from the main road, the hotel is completely silent and peaceful, no noise from the street at all. 2) The hotel has a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk with Krishna and Twinkle. 3) The hotel and rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. So, if you are coming to Mohali, near Minerva Academy, do stay at Hotel Ivory, it's a great place to be at. Brazilian Football Coach Clebson Duarte.

The place is decent for a one night stay. The rooms are clean since the hotel is new, and the service is slow as they have just one service guy. It becomes quite noisy at night since its near the flyover and you can hear traffic.

We have an unfortunate experience of staying with Hotel Ivory last night ( 25/03/2023). From the starting leg of this unhealthy stay, we were not disappointed until we left the premises. The room was not properly cleaned. Sheets were messy, mosquitoes were our room partners throughout the night, toilet papers were asked thrice then provided. Food was below average. To add cherry on the cake, next door neighbours were noisy like hell. Till 4am in the morning, music was on. After numerous compliants to the staff, they seemed powerless in doing anything. Resulted all this with no sleep at all until early morning for an hour before we had to check out. When mentioned at the reception while paying the final bill along with our above all grievances, the answer was not satisfactory at all as they just said we knew ....added with a stunned silence after all. They seemed to be only worry about money coming in but not at all willing to give any satisfactory services in return. I have got lot to add on but having made my point, I would like to rest my case and enjoy time in my holidays here. Disappointed, annoyed and regretful experience is the only memory I would have for a very long time after staying with them. I think, we should have an option of negative rating too for such an experience. However as that's not an option, I would humbly select 1 as my ultimate rating. Thanks n Regards

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Gorgeous rooms, excellent washrooms. Front desk staff is outstanding. Needs improvement in service and quality of food. Specifically breakfast offered with room plan is limited. Overall great property.

Pathetic experience with owners Jasmine and her over loud and idiotic husband who doesn't know how to speak with a lady. As the receptionist was from Himachal and the main room was booked on Ankit Royal's name. I feel pity that they lack basic etiquettes. People in Punjab will realise this soon that raising voice is not a solution. I hope this hotel gets blacklisted from corporate booking because it does promote illegal activities in Kharar
