Very bad seriously and attitute staff they have in service station. They kept me on waiting even their was no queue. I have problem with my iphone13 pro max as its back glass was broken. I ask for the solution and they told me it would charge approx 56k. I just ask for the exchange services and other terms about the phone and they keep on replying pathetically and rudely. Staff was very supportive when we went to buy iPhone 14 pro max a month ago for my brother but totally irresponsible and careless when we went with an issue about accessories we purchased with such premium phone. This store is not recommended for sure.

Worst experience ever. Bought combo worth 4000 Rs along with iphone 14 pro max . It got bubble within 3 days . Today I visited the store after 28 days of buying and staff did not even care to entertain the complaint regarding the same. Do not buy from this store.
I had a rather frustrating experience with the iVenue Apple service center on Sindhu Bhavan Road. I initially brought in my MacBook Air on August 19th due to a Wi-Fi issue. The technician spent about 15 minutes trying basic fixes and assured me that the problem would likely be resolved by that night or the following day. After two days without any updates, I contacted them. They informed me that they were uncertain about the repair status and promised to get back to me within 15 minutes after checking with the technician. They did indeed call back, stating the issue had been resolved and asked me to collect my laptop. However, upon arriving, they presented me with a bill of 2500 rupees for an iOS upgrade charge. I expressed my concern that the Wi-Fi issue wasn't fixed, to which they contacted the technician again. Only then did they admit that the problem required more extensive work, costing around 40,000 rupees. Overall, my experience with iVenue Apple service center was frustrating, marked by inconsistent communication, unexpected charges, and a lack of resolution for my original issue.
Store opening time is 10 am and by 10.30 they are not ready to bill as their system are not on is what Mr Ravi ghanchi tells and is busy with his WhatsApp chat . None of the employ is sorry to waste any customers valuable time .. premium products and poor services

It's a very very big store. There are a lot of household equipment like TV, refrigerator, AC, laptops, mobile washing machines, home theatre, sound bar etc. Staff was also helpful but if you go on Saturday or Sunday then there is a very very rush.
