iTvara Stays: Luxury Cottage in Rishikesh | Homestay in Rishikesh - Hotel in Rishikesh - Dehradun, India

We were a group of 4 who went there for 1 day sudden trip. This villa is a luxurious 4bhk house with 3 levels (triplex) and has 2 open common areas - terrace with a view and a garden at ground floor. All rooms were spacious and the furniture and room accessories were very well maintained with clean and hygienic washrooms. Internet was really good and it was literally accessible in all the areas of the property. The property owner - Pallavi was kind enough to resolve all our minor issues during our stay with a smile. Caretaker - Gopal Joshi is very polite and very nice cook. I personally feel he is one of the best person in terms of hospitality. We requested few special things which he has managed with a beautiful smile. The home kitchen takes food orders and the food was inexpensive and tasty. Swiggy and Zomato also delivers at the villa and it has a kitchen if someone wants to cook their own food. Laxman Jhula was 2 km from the property and one can get autos easily after walking for 5 ins to the main road. Our stay in Rishikesh was really memorable and one of the reason is this villa amidst the calmness of the city.

Had a awesome stay here, Pallavi is a great host, caretakers gopal g and sarita g are very helpful and great cooks. Will Definitely recommend this stay for family and friends in Rishikesh.

We recently visited the property and took a villa of 4 bhk , it's one the finest properties in rishikesh and that too right next to ram jhula parking, Pallavi and her staff were wonderful hosts ! Would recommend anyday

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Uttarakhand. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. This is the perfect property for a weekend getaway in Rishikesh. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the iTvara offers everything you need if you don't feel like venturing out. It has everything for everyone to enjoy the time. I had a great time with my family and looking for more such stays in future. Thank You iTvara. Cheers :)

Very comfortable and memorable stay with a superb and friendly host! We were a group of 16 people on a college trip and we found a perfect blend of location, property, services, host at iTvara Cottage. The sunrise looks wonderful from the terrace and the property is located in a very posh area. Our host provided us very insightful info to roam around in rishikesh and services were amazing! We had a lovely time there :)

Visited this place 2nd October, location is very good. All Famous places are near by, very neat and clean cottage, Good view from terrace, there are 4 bedrooms so group of 8 adults is perfect for the place, Good speed internet is there, it's a homestay so don't compare with hotels. Good Home cooked food with less oil, spices etc by Cook Gopal. This is in Ganga Vatika-2, so you can't make noise after 10pm, This place is for the people looking for peace. Overall Experience was good. Suggestions- 1.You should provide soap for bathing. 2.start providing snacks. 3.Add some more options for break fast. 4.Guests should be welcomed by Host.
