A very nice hotel situated in prime area along with lots of restaurants nearby and many sightseeing places. Rooms are very well furnished and maintained to a great extent. Staff are nice and friendly. Price was also very nominal for the rooms they provide.

Rooms are big, but not well maintained. The bathrooms are not neat. Some sort of urine smell always come from them. The main attractions are the location and the price they offer. If you are looking for just a nights sleep with less budget, then this is a good option.

My experience with this hotel was the worst. The receptionist staff from 10 am shift was very rude and thinks himself oversmart. He doesn't have basic manners to speak to customers and literally abuses people thinking he is the owner. Request to the owner of the hotel please keep a look on the staff as to how they deal with customers. Pathetic experience pls do not visit this hotel if you want a peaceful trip as the staff behaviour will ruin your entire mood.

Had very bad experience with this stay. Deluxe rooms are very pathetic and not maintained. Room ceiling is like about fall down with signs of water leakage. Amenities including bathroom are very bad. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for this price.

My recent experience at a Treebo hotel (itsy by Treebo Hyd)was nothing short of a disaster. From unchanged blankets to absent fresh towels, neglected bottle refills, and shockingly unclean bathrooms, it was a nightmare. The parking situation was horrendous, the staff and security were shockingly rude, and the bathroom tap even came off in my hands. Even reaching out to customer care proved futile. I implore you, never consider booking a Treebo hotel - the lack of basic standards and customer service is beyond belief. Your time, money, and sanity are better spent elsewhere.

Worst experience. Don't waste your money booking here. Water leaking, washrooms not clean, staff was rude. I stayed with my family on 8th and vacated in matter of hours.

They charge extra for 2nd person even when they'll eventually stay in same room, also they don't provide room service. And the name is not Itsby its Pearl Regency outside hotel.

Good location. Rooms cleanliness not OK. Breakfast is a big let down
