This place is for budget rooms, that offers clean washrooms, comfortable beds, and so called free breakfast. In one of the two rooms we booked, the fan was not working (AC was operational), there was an army of mosquitoes to attack and few lizards on the roof. The "free breakfast" was a hoax! It would be better to stop the service than accumulating bad reviews. Overall, it is decent for the budget, but we would recommend checking the recent reviews before booking.
Pleasent, rural, remote location with pleasent atmosphere around. Had a small cafe with works works for limited hours in the day time. Nearby area dosent have any thing to get within 1 Kilometer! Pls be prepared accordingly
This place is extremely far from Panjim, if you come for a day or two for work avoid it. Also the staff will knock your doors before the check out room just to say the check out time!!! Common!

Terrible Experience. the stay was subpar. The breakfast was inedible. Staff was horrible. We booked it only because of its proximity to the city. Room was too cramped. To make matters worse, for a tiny stain on the bedsheet, which could have been easily washed, they brought someone from outside and created a ruckus forcing us to pay 500rs. Even after a 20minutes discussion they didn't agree and because we had a flight to catch, we gave in. Terrible experience
The hotel is not at the right location. They don't clean rooms everyday. Doesn't provide fridge, lockers for wardrobe.
My friends stayed there on their business trip. I just paid them a visit so I can't say much, except that it's in Merces, Shantaban location, the room was decent enough for a couple with a nice bed, tv, washroom and decent service. The location which the hotel is in is a residential area on one side and forest on the back side. The only negative I found was that parking your vehicle can be a bit challenging as the hotel is on an elevation and can be difficult to park your two wheeler and four wheeler will have to be parked elsewhere.
