Rooms were good. Things that dint work are: 1. Wifi. If you are planning to work, mobile signals are weak , hence you need wifi. Wifi for first and second floor dint work during my stay. 2. Geysers are not working. So please check it before settling in room to avoid problems 3. Lot of mosquitoes, so again check before settling in room 4. Car parking could be an issue, i personally was able to park once and sint get space once 5. No restaurant or kitchen with hotel. So please plan for food also the included breakfast gets delivered to room, with no choice on items and quantity 6. Please check bedsheets and pillow covers. We're good in one room, we're bad in another
Value for money! The convenient location, great room quality at budget, staff behaviour, cleanliness everything was just so perfect at this property. It's approximately just 4kms from the railway station which was really convenient for me so I'm definitely good to visit the property again and again whenever in Vijaywada if they can maintain the same quality at the same price.
Fraudulent, Had the worst experience with the hotel management. I had booked 10 room including a suite in this hotel for marriage in May, I've visited the hotel booked the hotel 2 weeks in advance with a payment of 5k , in the marriage day they refused to provided the rooms and suggested some cheap hotel for double the price, no customer service even the single point of contact was very rude in phone. Absolutely fraudster in business. Demanded double the price on the check-in day. He is denying to refund the advance amount.
Room was clean and spacious, bathrooms was clean with hot water, towels were used a lot and I personally did not like that. Location was good.
It is a problem for the family, people who have drunk are making rounds, road side tropical sounds are also a problem. Not comfortable to sleep at night
Poor service. No food. On ordering food via their service team, the change was not being returned. Had to ask them 3-4 times to pay back the excess money (it was not much but the principle counts)

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
