It was good stay, stayed here couple of time for business or client visit. Service was okay. Rooms were clean. But not that super clean. Bed sheets and pillow were dirty at the corners and some stains. Rooms can be more cleaner and recommending owner to keep some room freshners. Overall okay stay. Considering area and convenient location for my visit I may stay again.

Came to India to teach swimming. Stayed here for the whole 2 weeks. Value for money, comes with breakfast, Love the room, good water pressure especially the basin for washing my bracers, hot water, clean. Love the big table space, big cupboard for storing clothes, balcony to dry out wet clothes from coming to teach swimming every day. Friendly, helpful service, has fast wifi. Highly recommended place to stay especially for long stays for work.
It's a horrible place to stay.. would not recommend anyone to stay here. Rooms, bathrooms are dirty.. staffs are rude and always on phone playing games.

if u r looking for apartment experience only then go there.. Hotel will not provide you anything. Internet is extremely slow here. Staff here Play PUBG on their phones and guests even can't use whatsApp in a regular way.
Third class and utter nonsense. Worst of the worst attitude of the receptionist. Room is not even cleaned nor towels are placed. To annoy further, cold breakfast is tossed into the room. The plates have to be removed by the guest and placed outside of your already uncleaned room. Lord Mountbatten will decide if and when to take them away. Water bottle will given at the end of the day if you ask in the morning. If you shown any signs of protest, you will be yelled at, also water and breakfast will not be served the next day. This place is beyond impossible. Haven't come across such a place in 30 years! Sleep on the road if you have to but not at this place. Stay at your own risk, solo women travellers don't even think of booking this place. Total scam!
I had an amazing experience staying in this hotel room! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel room to anyone looking for a relaxed and tranquil stay. The location is perfect and close to all the great attractions of the city.
