Very unprofessional staff. Rude and don't know how to talk. Rooms we not clean properly We you insist them to talk to owner they don't allow that too. They don't understand rules. Didn't even provided toiletries.. They also don't want to see rules by clear trip and goibibo, and told me that " esi koi bhi website mat dikhao" They don't want to be professional. And don't even stand on their word.. I would like anyone to choose some other place to have better and peaceful stay

I visited this hotel for work purpose. It was booked in advance looking at overall rating and reviews and photos uploaded by hotel. To my surprise, when we reached, we had to wait for an hour to get our room that too when we reached in afternoon. Hotel staff is not educated enough they don't know to handle customer. Room were very dirty and bathroom was not at all cleaned. Water supply in bathroom is not adequate. There were no tolietories in bathroom and lot of bad spots were found on wash basin and on bedsheet. My humble request is Please dont fool customer by putting wrong reviews and wrong images. This hotel is not at all recommended for ppl coming from good family background. Very time pass property where nobody is bothered about guest and their business. I regret by stay here and it was awkward. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Well located but bot well maintained. Rooms are specious but cleaning and hygiene is required. While booking through Treeboo it stated that they will sanitize it in front of the customer but it doesn't seem to be that way. Washroom needs to be more comfortable and clean. Overall ok for business travelers but not good for families. The neighborhood is noisy at its a highway touch property. My room had noisy AC and washroom was in bad shape. Toiletries were rusted and broken.

Don't ever stay here, the service is thirdclass, rooms are smelly and bathroom is not cleaned. Bathroom locks and maindoor lock is not working properly, one of my friend was stuck in bathroom and unconscious their for more than 20 minutes, even they had provided AC remote without batteries. They have bathroom shower which was leaking not working properly, once they provided seal opened mineral water and when asked for sealed pack water bottles they had charged 30 rupees for 1 litre mineral water kinley to me. They are fooling peoples not a thing complimentary their and charged 1700 rupees for a day.

My experience is totally different than others .. I stayed for one night. Room was big enough but bathroom was just terrible , extremely dirty .. After sitting on the beg we realised that hairs were there on pillow and bedsheet. Though staff addresses all our concerns but it was never expected . So over all avoid if you have other better options .

Room are not upto mark.paid 1500rs for 9hrs but as per room condition it should not be more than 500rs.Due early morning (3AM) checking there was no other option to stay.That why stay here in emergency.Will not recommended to anyone.

I stayed at Metro Inn from 22 - 26 June 2018. It was online booking. It was fantastic experience at very resealable rate. Room condition was very good with small freeze facility. Only veg food was available and and I loved it's preparation!!... if you love homestay experience, I would recommend you for a night stay..
