We had called asking for some doubts to this hotel after we booked online. The receptionist was very rude and arrogant. Horrible customer service he was yelling. We told that's not the way to talk. He asked us to teach him how to talk. We immediately cancelled our stay here after the conversation. He mentioned he was 68 years old. But age does not give the authority to talk to customers like that. I recommend not to book this hotel because of the pathetic attitude of the staff

We had booked a deluxe room for 2 adult and a kid. Room was ok but not worthy for a 2500+tax. No basic amenities like toothbrush or paste is provided when asked about it they asked me to request the room service boy. No kettle or tea bags just one bottle of water with no glass.. when requested for hot water they provided a plastic jug full of hot water still no glass. At 9pm power went off and no generator or bo update was provided to the guests.After 1 hour and frequent power disruptions we were able to get a steady power supply. Location is in a busy area inside crosscut road and parking is a mess just 2 cars can park and that too on a slopy area.. Now about the breakfast they said its a buffet and we were served dosa chutney sambar and semiya upma and tea/coffee nothing else.. I am not even sure if this can be called as a Buffet.. and we had to wait half n hour to get dosa even though only 5 guests were there apart from us who was there to have food. I would recommend to choose stay only and dont have their breakfast as there are many restaurants nearby.

Hi I had booked online for 20th September 2023 for 1 night, after the booking was confirmed I called the hotel as I wanted to request for early check in at around 8.30 am , the reason I asked for early check-in because I had a flight the same night at 8.45pm so I would have left the Hotel at around 5.30pm the same day but the receptionist who din't tel me his name told me it is not possible and was so rude, and abusive behaviour. I understand him saying no for early check-in but the way he spoke was so rude, arrogant and was behaviour was very bad. I felt scared to even think about staying in this hotel because of the receptionist. So, please never book this hotel it's unsafe.

VERY BAD BEHAVIOR, i had to cancel the room. I booked online thinking its a good place according to the images, but the Receptionist said, that its a "SENSITIVE HOTEL" and the place is very SENSITIVE. And the receptionist was so rude, and didn't even help with the cancellation. I RECOMMEND NOT TO BOOK ROOMS WITH FAMILY OR AS COUPLES.

The hotel is pathetic. Towels, pillows, blankets, bedsheets are all soiled. Rooms are stinky. They don't provide tissues, soaps or shampoos unless asked for. Water is chargeable. Even if I consider this to be a lodge or a one star hotel it would still not have met my expectations.

The staff are very very unwelcoming and spooky and talk extremely rudely especially the black lady at reception. They will charge for every unnecessary item. The hotel is at a very good location. However, they will make you regret with their service. Please please avoid the stay here. You can read other reviews for your reference.

Very near to gandhipuram bus stop and shopping market. Very good restaurants near by. The rooms are clean but small. Bathroom was clean. The ac was working fine.

Unfortunately, my stay fell far below the expectations. Firstly, upon arrival, I was greeted by an unwelcoming and indifferent front desk staff. Their lack of attentiveness and unhelpful attitude left a negative first impression, making me question the level of service I would receive throughout my stay. The room itself was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness left much to be desired, as I noticed stains on the floors and an overall lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the room had a stale odor, suggesting poor ventilation or inadequate housekeeping practices. Additionally, the quality of the on-site dining options was disappointing. The overall dining experience was far from enjoyable, and staff always kept mocking us since they thought we didn't understand their language. Lastly, I attempted to address these concerns with the hotel staff during my stay, but the response I received was dismissive and unsatisfactory. I expected a more proactive approach in resolving the issues and ensuring my comfort as a guest. In light of the numerous shortcomings I experienced during my stay, I am left with a strong sense of disappointment and regret for choosing your hotel. I strongly recommend that please don't select the stay here.
