I had visited this hotel along with my family in year 2022 for 4 days on occasion of Durga Puja.I really enjoyed living in this hotel.Service & location is also good.Charges is bit high but it is negotiable.
I liked everything. The room and washroom was exceptionally clean. The staff behaviour was very good and service was prompt. We only had breakfast that too sandwich so can't say much about the food but sandwich was good. The only problem our room had, was the washroom door. It won't close properly but that didn't bother us much. The wi fi strength was really well. Our overall experience was beyond satisfactory.
Woh Excellent Hotel. Itsy By Treebo Jai Ambe Ma.. Very good location. Excellent Staff n Room Boys.. Like a family members we felt.. Very nice room with necessity things... Complimentary Breakfast is provided as per the Hotel norms. It's only Pure Vegetarian breakfast is given... Also along with that, Coffee/Mango Juice/Tea any of these you can opt. Each day they have different Breakfast items. But only two items I have seen n had. Then for Lunch if you want you can pay & order whatever is in the Menu list. And also for Dinner you can pay and order. One great thing here, everything they will provide you in the room only. No dining in the jai Ambe Ma Restaurant. While ordering, you can tell them what time you require, accordingly it will be delivered in the room.. The reception staff and also the room boys are very friendly, we felt like a family members. We loved this hotel soooo much. Waiting to come back again n enjoy the excellent hospitality. Love you all
We stayed here for four nights and our experience was so good, we reached at 22.30 hrs and we found a neat and clean room. The hotel staff was very cooperative and the room service was good. I recommend this hotel for a short trip.
The staff here is really good, but services are not upto the mark at all especially if you are planning to stay with family. Hotel needs to work on basic things like heater services esp in winters. Think before you opt for this place
Rooms are good. Bathrooms are spacious. You can easily get ola and uber from this location. Even online food delivery options are more. Staffs are friendly. However, wifi problem is there. Mostly it does not work. So if you have mobile data. You can stay here.
I will definitely be honest about this review. This hotel is right at the centre of Calcutta. And it has the vibes of old as well as new Kolkata, which is fading away in areas like New Town etc. The staff are so cordial and helpful. They will help you even at midnight or beyond. Especially the caretaker Ajay ji ( a noble old man ). Dipu, Dwigbijoy and Sandip at front office.
