Very bad experience. Booked 2 rooms with full advance payment but only 1 room was available when we went. Had to wait for an hour to get another room which was not according to the specification booked and also was not clean. The reception staff was not willing to even acknowledge the matter properly.

Good Hotel to stay for solo and Family. Rooms are good and food been served by the Udupi Grand restaurant at ground floor of this property which was authentic taste and quality.

Stayed here many times, but this time it was worst experience, staff changed, receptionist behaved as if he is owner of leela palace Rooms are decent and well maintained, food service to room is bad as they miss out many items like pickles, spoon, sides onion, cucumber

Due to small insert bitting, we lost our sleep. Very bad experience...

The hotel staff is too rude, they don't even listen to your requirements once you make the payment. We asked for ac remote they didn't even allowed to have the ac remote, the guy from the staff came and on the ac and when we asked for the remote they said they don't give the remote. We booked with extra bed, they didn't provided the extra bed and were very rude to answer.

Worst. The paint from the walls were falling flakes and all cracked. Both the towels were torn. The booking price was Rs 699 and checkin was at 12, these people charged additional Rs 500 for early checkin at 6:30 AM and the checkout was on the same day at 10:30 PM, ie for 14 hours they charged me Rs 1199. These details were not available on the website.When asked for bill, they told that printer is not working. Gave my email to mail the bill, but even after 4 days, I am yet to receive the bill. The pillows were in worst condition and not even a single pillow was in good condition. There were cobwebs at the windows. When I asked for a double bed room, they gave me a room with a two single beds. Worst experience.

Unfortunately we cannot rate below 1! Do not book it ever.

Worst, booked through oyo with instant payment UPI INR 899 , after booking while connecting reception they told no rooms available for online booking, and i tried to call oyo, they are escalating the call to service dept.. its been 45 min they holding my call...no response and no one attending the call... surely going to complaint against regarding this through national portal. no mails or no compensation needed for this ...please dont book this hotel through oyo, you will get f**d up...
