Experience was horrible. There was no electricity most of the time and generator was not switched on and we had to stay in dark room with no electricity. Complimentary breakfast was pathetic. Food options were very less and taste was horrible. Even the tea provided was pathetic. Room was not cleaned daily and had to stay in unclean room. Day we reached the hotel there was no hot water provided and gave 1 heater to us to use when the power is back. Even the paid food was not upto the mark. Only positive is the hotel is located in center of the city where most of the attractions and other hotels are near and parking space was okayish. Overall terrible experience with the stay and would not suggest to anyone. Treebo should consider it seriously and improve it for guests and make their life easy.

Disappointing two-day stay! Upon checking in, I was surprised to find that the toiletries provided were quite subpar. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. The breakfast situation was equally frustrating. I had booked a room that included breakfast, but on the first day, I was told that it wasn't available. After pointing out my booking details, they eventually offered me some sort of tiffin-style breakfast. The entire process was far from seamless. On the second day, I decided not to even bother asking for breakfast, given the previous day's experience. Moreover, the state of the toilets was quite unpleasant, with a lingering and unpleasant odor. I would rate my experience at this hotel as 1 out of 5, with the only redeeming aspect being its location.

Paid money for early check-in and that saved me a lot of money. Saw the room and decided that I cannot stay here. Unclean toilet, coackroach in the room, no lift. Just cancelled the booking with 1 day tariff as cancellation charges for peace of mind. Way better hotels available for similar rates.

There are hardly few good things which I'll list down first 1. The hill view is good for sunset if you are lucky to get the west side rooms 2. The location is good and walkable from the bus stand and all shops and eateries nearby. Let me list down the problems now 1. Room smells bad even after using room fresheners. 2. No lifts. Have to use narrow stairs. Will be difficult for elders. 3. Leaking taps. 4. No hot water in the morning when you need it. Even after going down to reception multiple times, they never fixed it. They just say, please go to the room and turn the knob properly as if we are dumb. 5. Rude and unprofessional receptionists. Even if you complain about some issue, they just say "oh okay" and they don't even look at your face. 6. They don't give the toiletries and other things until you ask them. How will the customers know what all you're providing. 7. Very limited breakfast options and that too is Kerala cuisine. So better to opt for a package without food. There are many good eateries nearby within the walkable range. Only Kerala cuisine looks fresh. All other food tastes horrible and spoiled. Your peace and patience will be tested a lot and might spoil your vacation mood. So better to avoid this if you're planning for multiple days. Should be manageable for a single night stay.

One of the best places I have been in coorg to stay. Good service and friendly environment

First of all its not 3 star at all. They will ask you money well in advance, so that you won't ask refund later, basin tap not working, washroom has damaged tap and it comes out again and again. Doesn't provide anything well in advance soap, towel, water bottle, we need to ask for each and every thing. Breakfast is also not unlimited as they says. The only good part is bed was good and room was also clean. I would say go for other hotels if available.

The hotel's well-trained staff was always available to assist with any requests or inquiries I had during my stay.

Worst experience with a hotel. While asked for early check in receptionist told me that my booking has been cancelled. Luckily I booked through treebo and they helped me to provide accommodation. It's definitely not a treebo standard.
