I had a one night stay at the hotel, traveling solo. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms also. Hot water was also available. The staff is polite and assists you whenever needed. Overall a pleasant stay.

1) Unhealthy, unclean bedaheets, towels n pillow covers. 2) Extremely slow and unhelpful staff 3) Language barrier, they don't know hindi or English. 4)no kitchen no tea or tea kettle. 5) They will buy brkfst from outside and serve you, yet to taste it but dirty bedcovers will compel me not to visit here again.

Worst ever hotel..bad rooms with zero cleanness..They served breakfast in a wrapped newspaper wish I could give a negative rating. I had booked for 2 nights but had to move out to another hotel due to this. Don't go by the pics and positive reviews. This is a genuine review.

Stayed for 2 and 2 Nights. It is a budget friendly hotel and should be okay for day or two stay. Service: 2/5 - It is 3 floor hotel and does not have lift which we found difficult as we travelling and trekking and again had to climb 50 steps. Staff is courties and helpful. They say 24 hrs service but the staff disconnected phone in night and slept. I was difficult to wake up the staff to get the fresh towels and even had to remind to switch on geyser. It was uncomfortable that you had to remind them everything. Sadly, they did not even ask that will you there for breakfast. Parking: 4/5 - They have ample space but outside the hotel.

For a hotel it is not up to the mark but for a lodge for a night stay good enough for a decent sleep. May not be worth the money as we paid 3.5k. Breakfast is served from a nearby restaurant and not any in-house restaurant.

We were there for 2days and 2 nights. Premises were neat and clean. Breakfast was complementary (starting after 8:00 am)... They serve idli, veg pulav in breakfast and coffee, tea along with it. What I don't like about the room is .... Super comfy matress ... It was like I am sinking in it.... We had backache in the mornings.... My (9 months) daughter was also uncomfortable on that bed. Otherwise everything was good..... One more thing.... You will not get any hotel or restaurant nearby.... You can try lunch, dinner from Pavithra veg hotel.

Worst place to stay. Dirty rooms and bathroom had dead flies and insects. Taps and buttons all dirty. No wifi

Hi! I had 2 rooms booked or two days in Chikmagalur in Itsy by Treebo: Harsha Comforts.1.This building is still under construction and I think it's illegal to take tenants.2. Curtains in rooms are of light colour , the room is so full of light that one can't rest a minute..3. Mosquitoes are dominant inside the room too.4. No hangers inside toilets, flush is not working, no shower gel in toilets, towels are not cleaned, 5. There isn't any manager available at the property. The construction noise and dust is way too much.Please help us relocate to some other property.
