A very good experience during my stay here at Elmas Golden key. I stayed here for 5 nights and had a really good hospitality by the staff. Especially Vikas who manages the hotel at night. He helped me with the best deal and made sure my entire stay was smooth. I do not remember the name of another guy at the reception who manages the hotel during the day but he was really helpful as well. Just one suggestion, some of the rooms need a touch-up like fixing lights, leakage etc. Overall a great experience.
The hotel is highly disappointing considering the price paid.The room has a noticeable unpleasant odor, and its cleanliness is subpar. Moreover, the staff's lack of helpfulness adds to the overall negative experience. I had a terrible experience with this hotel.I strongly advise against booking this hotel online.I couldn't even stay at the hotel. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment altogether. The customer service was one of the worst I came across in my life. We booked for 2 days, but the rooms given is different from its description during booking. Rooms are not clean and very small. Bathrooms are not cleaned. Stains every where and room service staff as well as front desk staff behavior is not good. Not recommend for family.
Washroom was so unclean and stinking closet with many insects running around. Low fan speed. Ac was not working smoothly. Bedsheets and bath towels were dirty. Toilets were not provided with soap. There was no cloth holder in the washroom. The complementary breakfast they provide is just ok.
Rooms were pretty decent for price. People are very friendly and corporative. Rooms could be improved
Worst rooms, no kettle, room service, toiletries, no cleaning service.. overall worst experience.. total waste of money.
Very much happy with the Hotel service. I was served by Mr Dipon Roy. I am very much impressed with his service. He was very prompt and always there to assist. I highly recommend.
