overpriced rooms took 3000 from me where as room price not more than 1500. since its near lift and parking in front people may have given 3.5 and 4 but hey reality is sth else.....rooms are not clean itchy bedsheets, landlines not working to ask for services, number they provided on on menu no-one pick up that number every-time i have to order sth i was going on the reception on ground floor from 5th floor. when i asked for number they gave another wrong number in morning it was another chaotic story overall it, shower was not working properly took bath with cold water since no pressure was there in shower and tap was not working properly......overall hell place

With a mix of European/Western/Indian travellers we stayed here last night and really enjoyed it. Clean rooms, very warm blankets, super kind staff and amazing food! Had the omelet in the morning and garlic chicken in the evening. Yum! Very close to parking and all the shops. Hot showers, but hot water runs out fast (enough for one short shower). Thanks for a great stay!

Rooms are very avg. 3k is too high for the hotel. Rooms were not warm either. Cool air was coming inside through a gap in the window. I was told I can fly drone from hotel when I called but they denied permission once I reached. Even food is avg. Only good thing is it's near to mall road lift.

place to stay here feeling very well. Location of hotel is too good more over just near to Lift. Due to lift easy approach to reach Mall Road and Ridge as well. Staff of crystal place is very humble and cooperative.

Stayed for one night. Good: The room was clean and cozy. Washroom clean. Didn't have to carry our luggage to our room by ourselves. Food service available. Staff service was nice. The Lift is just at a few steps. Bad: Don't provide slippers. The extra blanket in the cupboard was unclean. The oil used in the food wasn't of good quality.

We took 3 night stay in this hotel and we ruined our trip. 1. Staff denied to pick up the luggage 2. Dirty rooms 3. Airy rooms like you are sleeping at street 4. They over charged for room heater 500 rs per night and they won't even give you bill. I would not recommend this hotel seriously pathetic stay. They don't have manners to talk to guest even. If you are planning to stay in this hotel, you will be putting the same comments here.

Always rate a hotel keeping all the things in mind... Paying a much lower price during peak season and expecting 5 star hotel facilities is totally biased reviewing... Now come to hotel Crystal palace. Location is better than any other hotel in shimla, just in front of parking and near lift, walking distance from mall road. Hospitality wise, polite and helping staff, lift is there inside the hotel, rooms are clean and food is also good.

I don't know how their hotel services are but I am pretty sure they are rude and not helpful. I was with my wife and children they wanted to use the washroom though we didn't book a room since this was near to the parking we entered the hotel as child n female wanted to use a washroom the manager there denied to use room washroom also said we don't have any other washroom in the hotel This is really inhuman which we were not expecting also shows how cunning and rude the management is As per Swachh Bharat initiative no female or child should be denied for using a washroom in any hotel / resort whether or not they have booked or not Really shocked and surprised how they deni something basic to any other human.. worst experience won't recommend this hotel at all.. if they have such narrow mindset
