An okay hotel... If you have to travel and go to room for only sleeping and other necessary activities then this hotel is recommended... A bit unhygienic.. Has a restaurant also so that's a plus point.. In front of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth gate.. So location wise is its goood.. Like 1 km away from station. Decent distance from ghats.. Rooms have ac, a tv, washroom, a cupboard, extra chair and desk, etc..

Rooms are very small, cleanliness is just Ok, food service is very much poor. Even they don't even provide packaged drinking water for rooms and at dining table. We booked two rooms with double bed for Rs 6200 online, when we reached hotel , they had no information about bookings. So I strongly feel that INR 1500 is more for this hotel.

I travelled with family. I booked it via Treebo website. Since it was weekend, prices seemed on a higher side considering the amenities available. I recommend checking with them directly before booking on any website. Here is a quick overview of my stay: 1. No lift.. a big concern if you are with elderly people. They arranged a 1st floor room for us. So it was manageable. 2. Check-in/check-out was smooth. No hassle there. 3. Rooms are quite small. What you see in room pics is what you get. So the whole room is in a single frame. You enter and it ends. 4. Washrooms were clean. 5. In house food available BUT service is very slow.. slow means it takes forever which made us look for food outside. 6. Room service is also slow, seems they are under-staffed. For us, it was an avg stay for the price we paid.

Varanasi is not honeymoon destination it's pilgrimage place so very bad conditions room without proper maintenance and room service is also inexperienced very pathetic. No lift facility and many more issues.

Worst hotel I've ever visited in the country, AC was not working , there was no cleanliness, phone was not in working condition,do visit if you like to waste all your money.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! WORST HOTEL EVER I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 3000 rupees per night for 3 nights since it was a treebo hotel. This is the worst treebo tie up. Bad service, unclean and unworkable rooms. A couple of issues- 1. There is no hot water. When i complained to treebo they promised to look into it but never resolved the issue. 2. Rooms are dirty and housekeeping is rude and argumentative and refused to clean the toilet when we checked in. 3. They never cleaned the room in 3 days. Every day i had to call the reception 3 times to get the towels changed. 4. Room is dirty and full of cockroaches

Lack of maintenance is the biggest issue of this place. I prefer to choose this hotel since it is near the BSB station and there's a restaurant that serves good food; however, the service has taken a major dent in the recent months and there are several issues with the rooms as well.

Let's get into the pros and cons. Pros: 1. Wifi was available. 2. Room service was good. 3. Toiletries were provided and the rooms were clean. 4. Near Varanasi railway station. Cons: 1. The AC kept stopping after every half and hour or so... when I complained, they fixed it but took some time. 2. The view was not that great. Overall an OK experience, considering the prices.
