Itsy Bitsy - Scrapbooking store in Indore - Indore, India

The store is well managed but my workshop experience was very disappointing. My artwork is still incomplete because the crafter refused to turn up. Very unprofessional.

The store workers misguide customers without acknowledging their mistake. I clearly stated that I wanted a BROWN candle dye, but the salesperson showed me the brown dye and added the red color to the basket. Later, when I called them to make an exchange, they initially said, "It is a company's mistake," but later they called back and said, "YOU PICKED THE WRONG ONE," even though the salesperson had picked the color from the rack and placed it in the basket. This store has always been OVERPRICED, and now they are also misleading customers. There are much better local stores in Indore.

Very good staff cooperated in every sense.Products are really nice with reasonable price range with discounts.For creative people this place is just like heaven.Will surely visit again this place for art and craft items.

Store manager of indore abusing mee......I suggest to not to go to the store ...without billing giving things. ....mannersless ....behaviour is not good n owner of the company not taking any action against him

You can find everything related to art and craft in this store(resin set, moulds, colors of different kinds, decor related stuff, miniatures, Christmas decorations, colored papers, canvas, etc). Staff is super polite and nice. Discounts are given without even asking. Even if you are buying the smallest thing from the store they'd be nice to help you out. Amazing deals ongoing for Christmas shopping.

Every time I visit Itsy Bitsy I enjoy the moment, I feel I could stay longer for none more hour.

It has little variety of artistic material that is not good I think

I came to Itsy bitsy Indore store for a workshop called 'Blue Chalcedony Resin art'. The session was supposed to start at 4 but the crafter Soniya didn't turn up until 4:45. Even upon coming late she was not apologetic in-fact when I said to her that she was very late , we left our small kids at home to attend this session and since I travelled from Dewas I will reach home by 9 which would be too late , on this she replied if you want to go , you can go . I didn't expected this reply from her. I requested some percentage of refund for the workshop but the company didn't bother about it at all . My point is why only we suffer when It comes to money and time, Company is liable to run their services properly on time and value their costumers time and money . Looking at this I would not visit that store again because one it is very congested and no availability of stuff and also with the recent experience I will not attend any workshop from next time and advice other people not to invest your time and money in places where they don't value their costumers.
