We stayed here for 4 days. Host Mukhesh was very responsive and was guiding us for the nearby visiting places. The room was neat and clean for the given price point and the location of the apartment is very close to the city bus, taxi. So it's a hazzelfree commute. The only drawback is that there was no place to hang our wet clothes. I would highly recommend this place for families.

1. All the flats are not same here. The one I got was pathetic. I booked 24 days before at the same price as shown in online (but booked directly. for 4 days) 2. The owner of property told me that the best rooms are priced high. 50% more than online price (any app). 3. I vacated after 1 day. There is no point in booking this earlier. As by the time you checkin. AND if your booked price is less, you will get the "not so good" rooms. 4. I sense some level of cheating by the owner by not communicating the different types of houses available and all their prices. And also the comparison among the houses 5. All people are well behaved. I don't suggest you to book online, as you don't know what you get

Loved the space n our stay here for 2 whole days . Chai by the society watchman Maruti kaka was awesome.He also served us his awesome poha.Lovely peaceful area and decent facilities. This was my first stay at any service apartment. Ac is there only in 1 room. The interactions with manager Mukesh were also good overall good place to stay. Only mess-up is the connectivity. Airtel n jio barely work. You can only have scrambled voices. The WiFi connectivity inside the flat is also a challenge

Had a pleasant stay in July 2023. A clean and spacious service apartment. Service was excellent. Mr. Mukesh and Mr Sagar were courteous and very helpful. Location wise, the approach was a bit confusing. Ample parking space for vehicles. Security wise, felt safe.

Value for money place in Aurangabad. They have 8 Apartments of same size (2 bhk). Well maintained, clean and minimalist interiors. Very good service and they they offer paid breakfast and food options.

It's a very nice and cozy apartment. Gave everything including pressure cookers. Really nice service.

I visited here with my 1 year old kid and friends. Room were OK not much in size. Living room was decent. Should have availability of drinkable water and some food or stuff to cook as people may not carry for a day or 2 stay all the food items.

We had a really pleasant stay. All our needs regarding food and accommodation were well met. The guy responsible for handling all the exchanges (mukesh sir) is very warm and welcoming. The guard dada downstairs was also available at the drop of a hat. Overall a solid 9/10 for the entire experience.
