I had an exceptional experience at this 5-star luxurious hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff. The opulent decor and well-appointed rooms left me in awe. The amenities, like the spa and pool, were top-notch, providing ultimate relaxation. The dining options were exquisite, offering a diverse range of delectable dishes. Room service is good and comfortable. Restaurant next to swimming pool food was good except the service must more available (si have to wait a long time to catch a waiter to have an extra naan). Spa so perfect: Kenny made me a head and back massage perfectly with good pressure.

I had booked suite room for a day at ITC windsor. All the services are exceptional and 5 star rated. The house keeping duty manager Mr.Joseph and his colleague was very kind enough and Active to set up the extra mattresses within few minutes. Over all stay is good and an still enjoying the stay

We had a wonderful experience. Chef Venugopal made our stay better than we could imagine. His food is brilliant . And such a sweet and hospitable man. Must visit place. The rooms also great. Property is also very well maintained.

I had a very nice experience with this fantastic hotel, with excellent service. Has a nice pool, though when we were there in July it was too chilly to swim! Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is nice and has many diverse options. A little far from shopping/restaurants, though there is a nice complex across the street where there is a branch of the Anokhi store and a couple other shops with clothing and jewelry.

We had a very good stay and specially Ms Lakrani helped us a lot in all things. We liked her humble nature and hospitality. We felt very homely. We had a good anniversary celebration and hospitality by Ms. Lakrani. We wish her all the best. Very sweet girl.

Great hotel and great rooms. The food at the coffee shop is great. Had some chicken tikkas and a chicken biryani - perfect. Next day tried the mushroom risotto, a slice of pizza and tiramisu - very well done chef. The service at the coffee shop is great too - Rohit and Sudarshna were very helpful, served with a smile and were very attentive. Great experience at the hotel over all

Recently, i got a chance & i visited ITC windsor as i was on the way to Bangalore, I visited with my family, As i heard from previous customer reviews about this hotel, i get exactly what they said, The hotel has Exceptional staff & rooms are spacious, I was well greeted by attentive staff the decoration is opulent, the amenities like pool is very nice.The great value for money hotel. Mostly I loved the mouthwatering dishes. Overall for the impeccable services & extraordinary features i will strongly recommend it to anyone looking for dining & staying here.
