Went for Pujo Lunch with family. Place, decor, spread was great.. no complaints over there.. But it felt like the staffs were robots.. no politeness, not talking to the guests, no initiative or manners to talk to a 2 Yr old who was playing around. It's the behavior from the people that will bring back customers. I m sorry..as regards to customer treatment and satisfaction, ITC ROYAL BENGAL gets a 0.. This is our experience

It's a facility that lingers on long after one checks out. Classy, warm & courteous staff with genuineness that doesn't go unnoticed. Food is unmatched, unmistakably authentic and appeals to the palate that demands lustful mouthfuls to satiate the gourmet desires of oneself. Look no further for a rich and wholesome experience

This is a very high end hotel, the service is very good and everyone is very helpful. The rooms are large with great beds. They have a big gym and nice pool, every amenity you would expect, they have. It's a bit of a distance in traffic from from central Kolkata but not too bad.

Excellent staff & best service . We stayed here to attend a wedding in the family, the Staff was very helpful and extremely cordial. The food was amazing. We had a wonderful experience.

It was wondering experience staying in ITC Royal Bengal, Kolkata on the occasion of our marriage anniversary. We really enjoyed the luxurious stay, complimentary luxury hours, buffet dinner and buffet breakfast. Thank you so much.

1. Hospitality needs to improve a lot. Staffs doesn't greet with smile. They are serving like they are doing favours to the guests. 2. After booking I have requested to front desk that one of my family member is having birthday over here and the front desk said that they will provide the decoration and cake as complimentary. Decoration of baloons was done in time and Thanks for that but complimentary cake was not delivered which was supposed to be delivered at the evening. I need to chase up on 10pm almost and after that the complimentary cake was provided and it was so small. I never expected that small size of cake from a 5star hotel. I have previously stayed in marriot and I had complimentary birthday cake there. So I had a pre-assumption about the cake size but I was very much disappointed. When I have complained then the duty manager was not accepting the issue and constantly she tried to justify that the provided size was standard size. 3. The place was noisy, 5 star hotel should be calm and serenity should be maintained. 4. Too much crowd in reception at the time of checking in and staffs are very less. So waiting time is very high. 5. Welcome drink isn't at all soothing and enjoyable. I have taken just one sip and kept the glass aside. 6. Table attendants were not available at the time of lunch and dinner. We have to take water bottles, cutleries by own. 7. No fruits or fruit juice provided at the time of lunch or dinner. In a 5 star hotel fruits and fruit juices should be available all the time, not only breakfast. 8. Less number of choices of fruit juices on the breakfast. 9. Guests should have access on Roof top bars all the time, atleast guest should be able to take the sky view but it was closed and when we approach then it is communicated that it can't be opened. So we were bound to go to the smoking room to get the sky view. 10. There are many other points which I can mention but the word limit isn't allowing me to put all the points.

We went for refreshment and family dinner. It was a pleasurable experience, something that will remain etched in my memory for a long, long time. The ambience of the hotel was oh so good ! We had dinner at the Royal Vega restaurant which is located on the first floor of the hotel. The food was tantalizing to say the least. Overall, a memorable experience with my loving family. A deserving 5 Stars from me !!!!!!

Visited the coffee shop. The entire oozes Richness, Class and Luxury. Chennai has miles to go to reach there. People spend there and enjoy life.i have no words for the Hotel, just running short of words to describe.
