ITC Kakatiya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad - Hotel in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

I am very happy with this place. I travel for business almost 10 to 12 days in a month and stay in good 5 star hotels. When you travel with family a lot more things matter..the comfort, care. and easiness all matters. The staff here is very helpful. I would especially mention Jyothi from the reception who was extremely helpful whenever we interacted. Not just her..others as well and even the restaurant or bar team are all very responsive. The buffet is also very well managed with good variety. Some small suggestions, please have an executive lounge which Children can. also access? Other suggestion is to improve the lounge food..

Service is great. Bathrooms could be cleaner! Edit: After staying in ITC Kakatiya for 9 days, I am editing my previous review.. Front office: good service, pleasant and friendly staff, helpful. Breakfast buffet: very disappointing. The restaurant felt understaffed. Had to chase them for coffee and other services. Neither friendly nor attentive. Some orders didn't turn up either. Food is also strictly average. There is also a stink when entering the breakfast buffet area through the pool entrance! Phone assistance: delayed. First aid: just adequate. Asked for an ice pack; they didn't have it. For a five star facility they could stock hot/cold packs in case of emergencies. Rooms: are ok. But bathrooms need attention. Not clean enough; shower stall not closing properly. Bathtub drain was not emptying unless you manually removed the stopper. Not sure about refreshments provided. Some days they kept fruits other days not. Internet: slow and sometimes gets disconnected We expect such things from a 3 star facility not ITC...

Not a five star hotel barely a 4. Rooms are old and have mold/mildew odor. The pool is full of mosquitoes. The breakfast is nothing special and what a disappointment in south India. The hotel failed to have my airport transfer ready and I had to book and Uber so I wouldn't miss my flight. The staff are rude and overall bad experience. Too bad for Hyderabad

I would say this is the best place to stay in Hyderabad Secundrabad whether its for business travel or family stays. The staff is very humble and supportive. Didn't find a reason to complain anything or any area. Overall a beautiful property in the midst of downtown.

I am regular guest at ITC grand Kakatiya and this place never failed me in terms of amenities and service. The great thing the staff remembers you and your needs and they stay a step ahead of you. I want to call out Kiran who is Omni present in the dining halls and at Marco Polo.... Always remembers his customers and takes great care of them always with a smile

Got a good offer for stay. It's ITC and opulent luxury is evident. Food is good. Ambience is typical Nizami. Room service is good. They will arrange whatever travel arrangements you tell. Pretty impressed with that. Strict rules in gym. Spa limited facilities. Would love to go back once their construction work is done

Had a very pleasant stay, the property has luxurious rooms, well-maintained amenities, a relaxing spa and three gourmet restaurants and a bar, serving up delicacies from cuisines galore. Special thanks to Mr Kiran from Marco Polo bar, for his great service. Appreciate the thoroughly enjoyable hospitality!

Everything is good in ITC Hotel Service Hospitality. There is no need to worry in this hotel, there is 100% safety because the security guards are taking care of this hotel because of them only we are safe. One day I asked a security guard about their salary and he said that the salary is very less. Therefore, that's why I want to request to ITC company is that if the ITC company can increase their salary then it will be more good for our security guard because of them only we are safe.
