ITC Grand Goa, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Goa - Hotel in Cansaulim, Arossim - South Goa, India

This is by far my favorite hotel in Goa and to an extent in India. What an amazing location and excellent landscaping that gives a community living feel. The adjoining beach is pretty clean and they offer some beach activities like yoga and volleyball. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. It is worth the money!

My stay at the ITC Grand Goa was a delightful experience, filled with luxurious amenities and beautiful surroundings. The room itself was a sanctuary of tranquility. It exuded a cool and cozy ambiance that immediately put me at ease. One of the standout features of the room was the bathroom, complete with a luxurious jacuzzi. The open bathroom design added an provided a sense of spaciousness and connection with nature that I found truly refreshing. Speaking of the resort's private beach, it was a gem in itself. The resort also offered temperature-controlled pools, which were a great addition to my leisure options. For those moments when I wanted to engage in some indoor entertainment, the availability of various indoor games was a nice touch. It ensured that there were plenty of activities to keep me occupied during my downtime, even if the weather wasn't conducive to outdoor activities. While the overall experience at ITC Grand Goa was outstanding, I have to mention the dining aspect. The food was generally good and certainly enjoyable, but it didn't quite reach the pinnacle of luxury standards that I had anticipated. In conclusion, my stay at the ITC Grand Goa was a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

These resort do have private and virgin beach with separate entry. big play ground. Nice rooms very humble and polite staff. room size is also very good . enough for Couple + 2 kids. must Visit nice property. Regarding food - it was very nice

Fabulous and expansive and well maintained property. Great location. Direct access to clean ,secluded beach. Loved the room, the pools, the lawns. The buffet experience can be worked on.

Good location . Beach facing property . 2stars for service by front desk though . Several times they didn't bother to get back to us on simplest of our queries . Breakfast buffet spread was very extensive . It is pet friendly and has lots of space for your pet to run around . That's a plus !

This is one of the best resorts and I would highly recommend to stay in South Goa, especially if you are traveling with your family. The ambience, amenities, access to the beach, food and the hospitality is simply superb. They do have a daycare center too, to engage your kids in several activities. I reached there around 9 PM after an exhaustive road trip and the Front Office Manager (Chandavi garu) was exceptional in her service and she immediately sent us to the dinner as soon she came to know that we were exhausted. Meanwhile, she helped us with the smooth transition process by shifting our baggage to the room and as well as kept everything ready for our wonderful stay. The check-out process was very helpful and comfortable. The food was really amazing. They've prepared food in front of your eyes and they do have a really good crew to prepare Italian food.
