My hotel experience was exceptional, offering a comprehensive array of amenities tailored to travelers' needs. The establishment's five-star rating is undeniably justified by its top-notch quality. The interior strikes a perfect balance between inviting ambiance and practicality, while the attentive and professional staff, clad in attractive orange uniforms, consistently exceeded guest expectations. Although the room was compact, it was well-suited for a short stay, boasting superb furnishings and impeccable presentation. The cleanliness and maintenance of both the linen and bathroom were exemplary. Their breakfast selection showcased a delightful mix of local specialties and international dishes. Furthermore, the hotel's culinary offerings, including multiple meals I indulged in, were consistently fresh and mouthwateringly delicious.

Awesome property with beautiful rooms. Loved the place, the hospitality. Mr. Partab in F&B was great, the guards on the main entrance are very helpful and offer to take the best shot of the facade of property. The extra sporting activities were great, tennis, basketball, pool, etc. We had a good memorable time there.

Have had the worst experience with trying to plan my first anniversary at the hotel. I had booked the most expensive suite with rooftop and gazebo and requested the hotel to help us with a private dinner. Firstly, they were very hard to reach out, they kept redirecting me to different team members and then when we finally discussed on the setup and cost, they ghosted me and have no confirmation for 3 days. After multiple follows and call requests, I got a whatsapp message saying we shall confirm 3 days before the booking date. I called the front desk to check if there is a possibility for an earlier confirmation as if I am planning to spent Rs. 1 Lakh I need confirmation as my plan depends on it and I am planning it in advance but again I got no revert and therefore canceled my reservation and have made a booking with a hotel with better customer services.

Beautiful property as the other reviews highlight. However considering the price it charges, there are a few areas where it can improve.. The salon is ladies only. This makes no sense at all. A unisex salon is the norm throughout the world When guests are few, all meals are scheduled at the Aravalli Restaurant whose menu is fixed. Seems a bit unfair to guests who don't get any variety. The room+terrace is actually a room with a spacious and good balcony.

Beautiful property. extremely well-designed suites. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location for weddings during the day in the winter. Food was also excellent. The training of restaurant personnel could be improved to international standards, including accent reduction. We would have definitely thought using this property as the location for a family event if it weren't for the terrible roads leading to it.
