Great place to stay and dine. We had lunch in a Japanese restaurant there and enjoyed every bit of it. The rooms were airy and big enough. Service to all the places were spot on including the valet parking services. Enjoy the stay and food, if you happen to be here in the lush green Bengaluru heart-land.

Luxurious as stated but not flashy. Immaculate service. Spacious rooms and common places. A well deserved breakfast. Also used the board room to conduct two days of interviews - all well arranged like a lubricated machine.

I stayed at this awesome hotel, and it was incredible! The place looks super fancy and comfy inside. The food was so good, like a tasty adventure with every meal. And the people working there? Really nice and helpful. I totally recommend this hotel for a great time!

Had been here for a corporate event and it was great. First of all I would like to tell that their staff are very very welcoming and friendly. If you need anything or in confusion where to go and all they help. Basically ready to assist. Second not to miss the luxury of the hotel. View ambience everything was great. Fabulous place to live life king size! The lobby is grand with a musician playing the flute, gives it an elegant touch. The seating is good and restrooms are well maintained as expected by a star hotel. Coming to the rooms, they also have the same ancient theme as does the common space on the ground floor. The doors to the private balcony are huge and bathtub is a given at places like these. Drinking water is provided in glass bottles. They also have many restaurants on the ground floor with various cuisines. If you're interested in parking the car yourself, the basement is where you get directed and need to take the elevator from the adjacent building (Banquet hall within the premises). Overall a fabulous place to be at!

I visited this hotel for an event. It is well located , though the other hotels in the same star category have better locations. This hotel however makes it up for its spacious lobbies and open spaces. Wide corridors. Very clean surroundings. I had to ask for some guidance about the hall location. The reception and Bell desk were not the most pleasant people to talk to. All my life I have spent visiting and staying at these star hotels and the management spends thousands of rupees training their teams how to address guest. Guest is anyone who visits the property . Not only the people who stay in your rooms. I have had more helpful answers and treated with respect not disdain.

Location of the hotel is extremely good. Good ambience with helpful staffs. Warm welcoming by Ms Renuka she helped to get into lounge for my meeting place. Good service with great food at lotus restaurant. Cleanliness is too good and good fragrance. Hotel has good green concept at lobby to sit and relax.
