Good service good quality nice experience....

Went to get a new battery for my Inspiron laptop.. That guy told that he will upgrade the OS and will put anti reflection sheet for the screen and he collected 7500/-. They damaged the screen and after getting back the laptop from service, we started getting screen issues and when contacted back, he told it's issue with the device driver and changed the same. But later also we are getting the same issue and now he is not accepting for the damage made in his shop. He had very good marketing skill and when it came to Service, it's very pathetic. For battery, he told it's a very old model and Dell company battery is not available and I got a battery for 5000/-(which is not Dell) .. Later when I checked in one of the Coimbatore shop, he told it's available and costs 3850/-.. For all the services, better to go to Coimbatore and get it serviced.

Not even a star owner is such a fraud person...pickpocket person is better than this store.won't his family live happily ever with the money he cheating like this...how brutal he was.he will easily cheat people who were not aware of software and systems ..my laptop was in good condition it won't take much time to load but after giving to him it was dead slow my processor speed became low .. I can easily feel that you have stolen my original processor.cheat fellow bought about rs 3000 just for anti-virus. To the owner if you read this review don't just cheat people you might think that u r smart enough ND can convince people who are innocently coming to ur place..they trust you. How come these money lasts for you life long. you can find some other jobs so that it would suit your family..came to know that he is cheating people like this for years..don't advertise that ur wife is professor in 1 of renowned college in udumalpet.its a bad name for the college if u say that you are all in all in their lab.. From the bottom of the heart am saying you won't be happy cheat fellow. And don't say to customers that Am doing like a service These wealth won't last you longer porruki

Frau dulent :- Bought a pc few years ago (i didn't know much about computers at that time) Recently came across the bill and found out i have been billed for an i3 processor and 4gb ram but what I actually received was an core 2 duo e6400 processor and 2gb ram Never trust 'em . Still continuing their poor sales and business

Very worst shop, all bad quality products and software... No one should go to this shop if they wish for good repair. If you go there the shop owner will start do brain wash to buy more items in his shop. No.1 fraud owner and fraud shop

Be aware guys!!! I purchased a new laptop with too much of cost frm his shop. While buying he never allow us to speak/ask smthg...he only talks & that he is well versed in diverting us frm checking of laptops. He didn't even register my mail id with the laptop. After buying that laptop by checking the warranty details...I came to knw that "it was 1yr used laptop - tat warranty also get overed!" & after that by checking his Bill i cm to knw that he was a fraudulent one! No serial number, no warranty details in the invoice. I fought a lot to return it back. So, do note that S.no, price, warranty of ur item before buying!!! Moreover he takes the entire amount in cash which means, it's out of book sales for which he's never gonna pay any GST. For that used, old laptop he charged GST also as if it's a new one. I want to give "0"rating to this fraud!!!

The owner of this shop is a No. 1 fraud. Please guys never visit this shop to buy anything. I had a very worst experience. Actually I went there for a very small problem in my laptop charger. He just acted like checking the charger using multimeter and at the same time he bent the charger pin thinking that I might buy a new charger. Very worst strategy to sell the itmes. Be careful with these kind of people.
