'I don't normally leave reviews. I really don't. Especially not when it's about spending time in a internet cafe But I have to say Thomas s a Force Majeure. He and his manager really are exceptional, their energy, patience and ability to immediately judge customer's needs and personality is exceptional. Standing back and watching Thomas chettan working entirely on his own, and way he managers customers was very impressive and always make me feel as important, and that my needs were just as big a priority to them as the people using their almost round the clock. I'm honestly stunning myself as to the endeavor of writing feedback as I write it, but feel motivated to do so'
The given number was not working. They outsource the repair service. The people at shop doesn't know anything if we have any query. They always say ask SIR! If we call SIR, he is always busy and offers call back but it never happens. I gave one monitor for repairing, whenever i call and ask the status, he used to say 'Not yet' and he would call back but it never happened. After one or two month he said, they can't repair it and he would give it back. I called him to collect it back, he said it's not there and would call me when it is ready. As usual I didn't get any calls for another two three months so I just fed up and bought a new monitor. So relaxed now!!! Not a recommended place for computer repair!

This is not such a great place...what makes it great is the service they provide. They work very late and give support as much as they can. Charge only normal rate for the services.
