I had a flight arrival at 10pm and departure next day at 8pm . Hotel accommodated for late check in and laye check out, which is very helpful.....Very nice staff .Mahesh(name?, breakfast serving guy), one more Muslim service fella(sorry,forgot his name ,who serve me black coffee) and evening bellboy(forgot his name) are very helpful. Good hospitality...Even one guy lend me Charger when my phone is dead which is very helpful......
Just suggestion... room are clean and tidy , but needs more attention on hook n corners of the window , which had dust..and please keep front-office and room service contact number, next to room telephone as couldn't find it when needed...

Rooms are very very congested. Also, no clarity about rooms in the apps you are Booking. There are so many types of room and again after going there they charged me extra 800 bucks. This is actually a hostel kind of..

Located in Andheri East, it offers great connectivity to visitors/travelers, with two metro lines passing from nearby, and Andheri Suburban Railway Station is nearby.
Rooms are a bit too small, but overall, it was a fairly good experience at Istay Andheri East
No wifi, hot water. And nobody lifts the phone. It's tough to rate a place when there is nothing to rate them on.
Smaller rooms but prompt nature of staff makes it for that. Family stay is not advisable, only if you are travelling alone and don't to want cough up mumbai hotels high prices, you can stay here. I came at night and missed the board so had to turn back again. Otherwise a Neat place with a vibrant cafeteria/lounge.
The rooms stinks of cigarettes, bathrooms were small. Breakfast was horrible. Not at all value for money.
The only good thing was good Staff behaviour.
