iStay Hotels Jubilee Hills Hyderabad - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Poor response rate. I have stayed in this hotel last year and found this ok for my treatment in Apollo. Trying to book again...the support staff is so rude and pathetic. They promised me best prices last week and I am trying my best to make a reservation and no email since over a week. The girl at reception told me you can book online if you don't want to book with us. Very rude and totally dumb she sounded. I mean in hospitality, we expect some degree of customer service or you send away all the people making reservations in your hotel. ZERO STARS TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES

A 3min walk from Apollo hospital! We came here for a doctor's visit. And it was very easy on our part to make it to our appointments on time. The people at the reception can be a bit more trained. Though we submitted our IDs on the day of check-in, on the very next day at 8am, another lady called and asked me to come down to submit the IDs even after me repeatedly saying that we have already done all the documentation. Seemed a bit weird. Breakfast is in the next building, this is again an off! The food menu was way too pricey. But our stay was nice; rooms are well maintained and spacious enough! Outside food is allowed which is a big plus point. There's a water dispenser on every floor which is free of cost! Staff is courteous and well behaved. I would definitely recommend this place of stay!

I booked a single bed room at the hotel. It was a compact room but with all facilities. The hotel had a cool and young vibe. The location is in Jubilee Hills and not very ideal if you plan on traveling to the older city to check sights like Charminar, Salarjung museum, etc. Many rickshaw drivers refuse coming to the hotel or charge a high price. The location is nice and quiet, but not ideal if you are a tourist visiting Hyderabad for the first time. Checkin and check out was a breeze, very quick.

Situated in a very convenient location, near to metro station at Jubilee Hills check post, Complimentary Breakfast was not having a lot of options, however most of the South Indian dishes were there, which were all excellent. In washrooms all the available outlet/pipelines are with 24 hours hot/cold water supply. Overall it's value for money in such a location like Jubilee Hills.

I like the room they are very clean and the room service is also good. But i face a lot of problems with check-in timings other than that public transport is also easily available along with medical shops,super markets, restaurants and hospitals nearby.

I would have given 0 stars if possible the worst hotel in Hyderabad though I was traveling with my 7 months old baby and booked a bigger room they tried to accommodate us in a small compact room tried cheating us with all the might they even charged for soap and toiletries the worst hotel experience in my life never coming back never going to suggest others too
