Overall it was a very pleasant stay! The room was nice and clean, the food was good and the service even better! I came here for the Safari at the nearby Nationalpark and everything was taken care of. They even made me some sandwiches at 5 am. I didn't even ask for it and they didn't charge it on my bill. How nice is that :)

A good budget hotel for a night's stay. Don't expect too much from it. But the service is good. Staff is polite and friendly. Located just besides the main road. Opt for the rock house if available. It's not only these rooms, but the location within the premises and the path to the rooms (rock house) are both lovely.

Excellent hotel with kind and generous staff. The space is nicely designed and clean, and the rooms were value for money, especially compared to the alternatives. Above all, though, the staff treated us like family -- which makes this a must-visit place.

Our room lacked basic amenities, with no TV or Wi-Fi, complementary drinking water, or intercom. The washrooms were also disgustingly filthy and emitted a repugnant odor. This laughable excuse for a hotel stands out as the epitome of terrible accommodations. Meal services were consistently abysmal, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even tea egregiously delayed. The kitchen's unsanitary conditions make it a place one wouldn't dare to eat from. Furthermore, our stay revealed the hotel's deceptive tactics, especially in falsely assuring Kanha forest safari bookings to secure hotel reservations. This deceit impacted not only us but two other families as well. Suspicions arise regarding the authenticity of reviews, suggesting a manipulation of feedback. This property is nothing short of pathetic, and I strongly advise against any consideration. Even if no other options are available, I would never subject myself to booking this establishment again.

Very helpful staff plus owner is also polite and good guide for your jungle movement plan Loved this place because it's very near approx 10 Km from mukki gate but going from this place to mukki is an experience Over all good experience, I stayed with my family.

This is no doubt a very good Hotel It is comfortable.This is on main road to Mukhi Main gate.The owner is very Cooperative.Provide all sorts of help such as for communication and in all respect to customer interest.He personally take care of Customers.Food is good,place is peaceful.I am much happy in hotel dealing.

I had excellent stay at Istaqbal Hotel Mukki in Late October 2023. The rooms were big, so was the bed. Before visiting, I was in constant contact with them for nearly 3 months & everyone was so prompt whenever I approached them with my queries. By the way, We had asked Iqbal ji for a car to be with us till Khajuraho & he arranged the same within a few hours. That was very nice of him. Thank you again Iqbal ji. Food was good & the serving boys took great care while serving. Needless to say, every staff here was so helpful. Next time, If I ever visit Kanha, this would be my home away from home.

The service was fantastic as well. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable time. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations.
