Istanbul Rolls & Grills - Turkish restaurant in Attingal - Thiruvananthapuram, India

I personally loved their rolls....they have tried to being out the authentic taste of the dishes I tried....the only thing I noticed was they could have arranged a dining space.

Too much sauce. Tastes soo salty that I thought my BP will rise. No mayonnaise at all. Had told the staff to give extra ketchup but there was none. Felt like vomitting after eating. Not recommended at all.

I had ordered 4 shawarmas via Zomato and the restaurant accepted the order. But later someone called me up from the restaurant to inform that they don't have chicken shawarma so can we replace it with buffalo meat. We told them unfortunately we don't have an appetite for go mathavu/pithavu so please cancel the order. They told us that they don't have an option to cancel the order, so i should initiate the cancellation . Since I'm using swiggy and Zomato even before these folks started having fantasies of starting this restaurant, i was aware that if I initiate the cancellation, i stand to lose the full order value. I told the gentleman on the other end it's not possible to which he replied that then we will have to wait till the delivery partner reaches the restaurant so that the delivery partner has the liberty to cancel the order. They may be making decent shawarmas and rolls but i don't find them trustworthy as they were trying to make a fool out of the customer into cancelling the order, maybe to avoid some penalty from Zomato since they were going to cancel an order which they accepted. So how can we eat the food these folks serve with trust.. personally i won't recommend ...Order at your own risk.

Best shawarma you can get in attingal Istanbul (chicken nd beef mixed) is my fav. Must try if you're in attingal

Overpriced, average portion, overkill with sauces. If you know what a falafel tastes like this one is a 'parippu vada'. You will never be able to distinguish whether its chicken or beef Shawarma bcz that much sauce is in it. I suggest owners of this joint to taste some 'real shawarmas ' .

Great experience Tasting Different Tastes.. Selecting items in the menu will be disappointing will be better asking what is available & Placing order.. ( Based on my Experience 2 Times )

Worst experience ever. I'm a no onion guy and I ordered a full meat Istanbul chicken and beef shawarma with added cheese and they delivered a roll with onion and cabbage stuffed in centre with cheese. And when i informed it they said that it was a billing mistake and they didn't even replaced it with a full meat one. It was a fkng disaster for me, at last i give it to my dog. If you wanna order smthng first slap the billing guy then order, that's how you can make sure he's billing the right thing other than being in some other reality.

Food is good... Service and attitude of the staff is pathetic ...
