ISON BPO - BPO Company in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

Like:- Nothing. Sometimes I feel I was not working in Company I was working in the politics department. The way of interaction of site head in Ranchi site is too rude and when I applied for leave for 3 days I got the answer from him if you take leave then I make sure you will not get in when returning back though I had 35 leaves in my bucket. When I start raising my voice about it they started planning that how they kick me out from there They are not focusing on their work and production they are only focusing that how they can do the party at night. I worked there for 2 years but my experience was very terrible. This is all I had experience in Ison Ranchi site, I am not aware of other sites Dislikes:- very bad work culture, the interaction way of site head and managers are too rude, No balance in work-life, no increment, no bonus. Less salary. This is all I had experience in Ison Ranchi site only, I am not aware of other Ison sites.

Nice place to work and have fun simultaneously ...environment is friendly and cooperative..for freshers its a li'l bit difficult to survive, coz salary is not much..Though u can grow easily with your skills. Be patient and learn things. You have many chance to get promotion. For youngsters its a great place to work full time or part time.

Very good environment for beginners & students

Idea call centre is there, i have worked here 4 months, nice place safety area, you can work here with proper safe. 9 hours they got work from there employees, and give only 6000 Rupees, i know it is not enough but good for beginners. Work here 2 to 3 months and then find out well job, after you leave this job.

A good working place in which many people got employment senior manager are humble and always support team . Here idea customer support is being done. When someone is selected he or she get training which is of 14 days and after that they have to go through test if they pass then only person are allowed to take calls otherwise gone. Quality of talk is always checked so that no one misbehave with the client. Working overhear is too good if you perform best you will get prize and also if team performance best all of them gets reward like lunch in any place or something else. A friendly surrounding is here wich will not let you feel like you are having burden . Also if you work here you will have a good communication skills and personality wich help you in your coming future. Part time is also done when someone has exam or any other compulsory work. HR department always help and support people when someone has any problems . A good scope for future if you want to continue in bpo sector. Here senior manager dont force to do they will motivate and always stand with you so that you can perform . I have always got a positive feedback regarding the ISON whenever talked to the employee who are working overhear or had worked here. So i will mark 1 of the best bpo in Jharkhand.

Nice to students, if you can set your timing for study & office. This is a call center. If you want study with work then it's nice place to you But here salary is very low compression to other call center

This BPO office is very good for 12+ students. This is a idea circular Private Limited office. This office old employees salary approx 8000 and new employees salary approx 6000. This office provide one canteen in there. There are bike parking here. There are not allowed camera, pen drive, smart phone and don't click photo in office.

Nice place for call centre job but the members working here are not good, especially the high post employees like maneger, AM and TL's.
