Isis amutha paying guest accommodation - Girl's Hostel in Chennai - Chennai, India

This hostel is not worth of staying. Owner amudha is very rude. She won't listen to anybody even if they have proper reason to explain. She's very mean and money minded. I have stayed there for 7 months. No proper water supply. For EB and all she will charge 10 per unit more than the commercial charge. Rent+eb+restroom eb+water can charges+$If any services you need means you have to pay extra like fan repair. Pls girls you won't even heard any one is charging for restroom eb and all. Don't choose this hostel last month itself two police cases for the rude behavior of the owner towards the girls. When you complain about anything there is high chance of asking you to vacate at anytime.

Well, this one year i kept quiet, but i should say this out. I have stayed in more than 4 PG's. This is the one and only worst PG i have stayed. Just because the owner is a really bad person. She asked me to vacate one fine day & behaved to me in very bad way. Including calling my parents bad words. I had filed a police complaint to get my money back. She still has to give me 4000. She literally ran away from the police station without giving me that. Its only because the Chennai police helped me that i could get atleast some amount of money back. This owner even blackmailed me saying that if i put a bad review, she will file legal complaint against me & ruin my life. But i feel people should know the truth. I saw many people sharing their bad experiences with owner Amutha. I state that all of those are true from my personal experience. Also male staff like watchman, cook ( in 2022 ) used to walk around freely when girls were there, only after repeated complaints from many girls , she hired female staff. I dont know the condition now. The good reviews posted here are all her people only. Pleased don't believe those. Only things that was okay there was the food. That also she tried cutting down the quality & quantity. This was why i reacted & she troubled me a lot

Very worst owner and behave like a rowdy such a indecent fellow , she won't return any advance , and if any emergency situation we want to vacate we said, but she said noo I won't return any advance for u and if u want advance u will stay another a month or else any other one month to stay and goo she speaks like a rowdy and very very poor maintainace and worst behaving nature of warden and owner , she is harmful tooo, not worth to pay 7k per month,I take ac room but not working , water problem, eb prblm ,wifi prblm etc.... , in this hostel only have everything prblm na charge amt for every prblm for a month expect of hostel pay 7k is separate and she collect every month 100 -150 RS per month extra ,eb more than 600 per month per member to pay its an 8-10 sharing room , pls girls don't stay like this hostel

worst hostel I ever seen ,Place need to be cleaned everyday. Hostel not like a Photos given on google.fully money minded , food really worst

Very worst pg in chennai , plz girls don't choose this hostel. Owner amudha she is very over attitude, very danger lady and bad person its not safe for u. And the hostel was not hygiene, only outside the look wise will be good but inside no clean at all, no proper food I got food poison also. All the good rating is fake promise girls trust me!. I stayed 6 months in hostel becoz of my clg near by. She used to blackmail the hostel girls. So much of police case issues .she wont give the advance money back. No facilitys at all. she will use they hostel girls wrongly I can't tell detaily in but in this hostel girls are very sad if u give police complaint u will put into a big trouble so plz don't choose this hostel!

I had a very good time there in the ISIS Amudha PG hostel. .The rooms were very spacious. The owner treated us in a well manner and provided us safety. About the food ,it was very healthy & caring, also they provide any salads ,extra milk as per our request. The maids were very caring .On the whole I really felt like I was in my own Housesetup.

The best and reliable place to stay I first came to know about this hostel in 2015, when I needed a place to stay, that's when we got to know about Amutha hostel. Since then, this hostel has always a reliable and comfortable place to stay. After COVID, I had to come for my re-check up I called Amutha mam and asked if I could stay, actually I was doubtful if we even could recognize me surprisingly before I could continue she said my name i was surprised. Not only does this have safe neighborhood, I like the balcony view it's just lovely the foods are nice, a department store nearby and for street food lovers this place is unmissable and to mention free Wi-Fi inside the hostel. After you get you settled in the hostel, you'll have the wardens checking on you if the stay is comfortable or not, if not they'll allocate a comfortable space. The price is reasonable and recommend it to anyone.
