Ishan's Cafe & More - Restaurant in Barasat - 24 Paraganas North, India

Ishan's cafe is an underrated restaurant in Barasat. They make delicious dishes and serve with utmost care. I have ordered mostly as well as dined in few times. Always had their "Chicken Fried Rice" and "Matar Paneer". There's no compromise in taste. I also tried their "Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala" with "Veg Pulao" which is a must try. They have a variety of dishes from Indian to Indo Chinese but Indian dishes are better. Seating space is also good but not for huge groups. You can go with family, also good for couples. I rarely had any problems from this place. It's my favourite place to order food from.

Located in the junction at Hatkhola, Barasat, North 24 Parganas District of West Bengal is a good restaurant to dine as well as takeaway of all types of Indian and Chinese cuisines. Its always brisk as this lane is pretty congested with van, rickshaw, electronic rickshaws or toto as called locally. This is a junction between KNC Road of Barasat town towards Jessore Road and National Highway 12, previously called as National Highway 34 connecting Siliguri with Kolkata. People visit this place as Barasat Municipality is adjacent to this place. Is a good restaurant for Chinese food. Momos are also available here.

Good for dine out and delivery both. Ambience was good. Check swiggy and zomato for more interesting offers . Highly recommended.

I had ordered Special Chicken Biryani through Zomato. Packaging was very poor. The container was not secured with tape at all. Anybody could have opened the lid and had some portion for them. The taste was quite good although the portion was not upto the mark according to the price. The chicken pieces had minimum quantity of meat on them. It were all about coccus. The potato was a tiny one. Not a value for money option at all ...

I am deeply disappointed with the abysmal experience I had with this restaurant. I ordered fried rice and chilli chicken, only to receive a package that can only be described as a disaster waiting to happen. The packaging was so shockingly inadequate that by the time it reached me, the rice and chilli chicken had turned into an inedible mess, spilling all over the packaging. What truly baffled me was the audacity of the restaurant to ask me to accept this travesty of an order, fully aware that it was utterly unsuitable for consumption. Why on earth should I pay for such substandard, garbage-like service and food? This experience has left me seething with anger and has convinced me never to be their customer again. It's a sheer disappointment and a waste of my time. This restaurant should be ashamed of such unacceptable service and product quality.

We order 2 plates chicken biryani and 1 Mutton biriyani . We ordered in 25/10/23 After the Dashami. They gaved us spoiled food , that were left in dashami. Their behaviour was too bad . Very bad smell was coming from the Biryani. We ate once, but after we fell it is fully spoiled , we didn't ate . But when we complained about the spoiled food . They were speaking Rubbish words . We haven't ate anything but still we have to pay full money. A VERY BAD QUALITY

Awesome food quality. Good helping behavior of all staff. Little bit expensive some dishes. Good ambience.
