I stayed here for around 15 days. Staff behaviour there is terrible. Also the hotel staff charged extra 400rs even though I paid it when I availed the service and now they are just ignoring my calls and messages. This behaviour is not acceptable. The staff needs to be trained and must behave well. Rooms are maintained well but will not recommend this hotel to anyone. No choices in breakfast ( got to eat only Poha, aloo paratha, idli nothing else in those 15 days). If the staff is improved the hotel might become a 4 star hotel. Also will get my 400 rs paid from you as once 10rs were pending from my side the very next day I paid it once I had the change with me. So have some shame and get my payment done!
