Located at the end of 24th main and is easily accessible 24x7. It is a gated society and mostly consists of family. They have 2BHK and 3BHK spanning across two wings. The only issue with this society is the foul smell coming from the nearby sewage treatment plant. Although it comes only for a few hours a day, this makes it totally unlivable. No broker or owner is gonna discuss this but it would be a major issue. Also the residents are very strict and they would complain about even small parties or noise. I would give it 2.5 out of 5 as I have lived here.
Wonderful apartment. Very spacious, well maintained, right in-front of Lake which has been cleaned up couple of years back and being maintained very well. Very clean. Walkway around the lake is getting ready.
Opposite to Somsundar Palaya Lake which has recently beautified with nice walking/jogging track. Clean and well maintained close knit society to share with. Near by Schools and other facilities like Hospital/Shops make living more at ease for families...

Lake front. really? Be cautioned that there is no lake anymore. It's actually faces a filthy garbage dump that smells really bad. I visited this place during a property search and trust me you can safely avoid this place.
