This is a Yogic Temple where I used to visit every now and then. I used to do GuruPooja followed my yogic practices. The place is so vibrant that naturally my body comes to ease and my mind is put aside. That too when we meditators collectively do meditation or chanting I will be in ecstatic states. During Isha yoga classes going on, I would sit at the back side of the hall and listen attentively. This would enhance my awareness magically. I have learnt a few Hatha Yoga practices at this center and I take part in volunteering activities here from time to time. Whatever thoughts, emotions, disturbances and turmoil we have when we enter the center, just settles down and calmness, peace, love and energy just flows from within! Hello everyone, Please beware of these frauds. Isha Yoga is very good. But this Velachery Isha Yoga centre is full of frauds. They do not teach Yoga. Instead they keep on saying stories. Everyday out of 2 hours and 30 minutes class, Yoga will happen just only for 20 to 25 minutes. Rest of the time fully they keep on saying stories. That too those stories were pre-recorded video and they telecast it through projector. They never feel ashamed of doing such kinds of activities. People from this Velachery Isha Yoga centre will keep sitting like a statue for 2 hours and 30 minutes on all the days. These people from Velachery Isha Yoga centre doesn't knows Yoga. That's why they are playing the pre-recorded yoga video and story telling videos daily. By seeing their activities, even without having any yoga practice I can also teach Yoga to anyone by playing the pre-recorded video. Anyone can do these kinds of activities. They do not know the way to teach Yoga. They cheat public and earn money of Rs.2,500/- per participant for 7 days duration. These type of cheating and earning money won't be with them. God to punish those frauds very severely and should make a loss of about 1000 times more of the money what they are earning by Cheating. This is s Story hearing program (Never ever think this program name as Yoga Training Program). I strongly suggest them to rename their program name to Story hearing programme instead of Yoga Training Program.

Attended some Hatha Yoga programs here. I can see the improvements in physical, mental health. Also, I can see that my relationships has become friction free. Thank you Sadhguru for giving us the tools of transformation.
