Its not a kind of physiotherapy center we generally see. No average machines seen here. They have 2 hand massager with them they running so called are physiotherapy center. Most of the time asking irrelevant questions which highly irritates u. Its more of kind of yoga center look like and charge fees of 200 for single session. Not satisfied as most of the time pressing hardly already paining areas of shoulder by hands which ultimately increased my Pain. Never going to visit there again and never recommend to anyone.

The therapist are honest towards there work they have command in tackling their patients. Almost my husband recovered from his paralysis from here only. As per my experience in Isha wellness centre, it was quite good enough I feel really very good after doing yoga here. it gives me mental peace as well as physical strength. it's been like 1 month here and I can feel sudden positive change in my body and soul .

Most important point that I first observed was all staffs and the professionals Dr. Minjan and Dr. Hitesh are very polite and understanding. I took advice for my mother they collected every important information from her about the disease. Which I feel is very important and lack in urban settings. They have a unique way of providing treatment. Apart from physiotherapy they also provide counselling for pregnancy, maternal health etc. I am really looking forward to visit the center again.

I am KAVITA CHAWLA I lived in Ahmedabad I have back pain & foot pain for that I visited many doctors in Ratlam as well as in Ahmedabad but I don't get relief from the pain I had different types of medicines spray & ointment but it was a temporary relief I had the pain continue. Then I visited Ratlam to my Moms house she was having Physiotherapy at Isha wellness center fr back pain & knee pain she get so much relief from the Physiotherapy. she suggested me to join the Isha Wellness center for Physiotherapy. Then I started having Physiotherapy at my home for 15 days & 15 days I visited to Isha wellness center i get so much relief from the pain after having Physiotherapy. I don't use to take any type of pain killer . Both the visit at my home & at center were very good experience the tutors were very good in nature , experienced & more than that very supportive they help & guide to do all the exercise. Tutors do exercise first then they watch we our doing correct or not they guide us to do proper exercise & correct exercise. The atmosphere of center feels like Family & Home.. It's not only a wellness centre but more than that "a holistic approach" for development of itself in terms of pain, problems and life style. Wellness programs (Exercises + Yoga + Daily routine) that I had taken from here, helped me a lot to overcome my legs pain problem without using medicine. since I am in medicinal profession from many years... This is a very different perspective for me to understand the pain and problems.

Would definitely recommend if you are facing any musculoskeletal imbalance , pain related issue. Sir,Mam and whole staff here is HIGHLY skilled and you will get well customized treatment which is mix of modern physiotherapy exercises , yoga ,aerobics etc etc based one your issue. Special mention to ora around here which is highly unmatchable and can't be described but it will take no time for you to feel you came to right place. PS: Isha wellness center is truly a gift to the people of Ratlam by the vision seen by sir Nd mam.
