Everything about Isha Foundation has a very graceful aspect to it. The volunteers, the teachers, everyone involved are super calm and helpful. This particular Isha Yoga place in Jayanagar is well connected with city buses, there is a bus stop real close to it. Or you can also take a 5 minutes rickshaw ride to the Metro Station. (South End Circle or Jayanagar Metro Station). They also have Isha Shoppe on the ground floor which offers all Isha Foundation products.
