Very clean, quiet, decently priced, run by a lovely couple. AC and non-AC rooms with an option of a breakfast. Both Varkala beach and Black beach are a few minutes walk away.
Better than a OYO room, the staff was friendly, provided a neat bedroom and a clean toilet. Even though the rate was 1k for a day, it was worth it. Recommended for unmarried couples
Nice place to stay near varkala cliff with affordable rate. Small single storeyed house having 5 rooms each having seperate balcony. Nice hospitality. Nice to spend with fam or friends. The negative part which I felt was they doesn't provide water for drinking purpose.
Very nice place to stay. Big room and bathroom (with warm water) in a new build house. Very close just cross a small way to the center to all Restaurants and beach - but quiet. Everything clean and the owners are very friendly and nice person who help in each case. Also you may use the kitchen or just ask them for transport or any excursion in their private car. At the end not expensive rooms with warm water. I would stay there once more.
Best stay with budget friendly, you can have fun if you came with group of friends or cousins. Better suitable for WFH and work station employees. Good wifi owner is so humble and welcoming. Highly recommended. Hi
Lovely place to stay and lovely couple running this guesthouse. It's really new and renovated and close to every restaurant and area in the cliff. We stayed for around 10 days and for sure if we come back we will stay here again. The bathroom is one of the best ones we have seen after traveling around India for 6 months. You have option of hot water if you wish to use it. Also wifi is working very good. Very happy to have discovered this little gem in Varkala :)

Very well maintained rooms with all facilities. Hot water wasn't available but not sure if they provide that on request. A small kitchen with cooking facilities, glasses, plates and even tea dust and sugar. What else do you want in the morning after
this is basically a homestay with clean and nice rooms, owner was very helpful. beach is just 5 minutes away. breakfast is not included but they do serve it on request. nice experience overall
Stayed here for 25 nights in ac room. Very clean and friendly guy running it. Nice to sit on the shared balcony with the sea breeze and relax. Close to everything. Good price compared to the rest of the cliff.
